\u010dokolade<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cokoladu, \u0161e\u0107er, espresso kavu, cimet, sol, naran\u010dinu koru i 1 dl vode ugrijte na laganoj vatri.<br>Mije\u0161ajte dok se \u010dokolada ne otopi, a mje\u0161avina ne dobije glatko\u0107u i ravnomjernost bez grudica. Ako vam se prebrzo zagrijava, a \u010dokolada nije otopljena, maknite sa \u0161tednjaka i nastavite lagano mije\u0161ati dok se \u010dokolada potpuno ne otopi. Potom vratite na \u0161tednjak i mije\u0161ajte dok ne zavrije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostavite da uzavrije te na laganoj vatri kuhajte 2-3 minute. U dobivenu teku\u0107inu umije\u0161ajte bademe i potom dodajte mlijeko. Ostavite i dalje na \u0161tednjaku, mije\u0161ajte, ali da ne zavrije, nego da postane vrelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uklonite sa \u0161tednjaka i istucite \u010dokoladu tako da dobije pjenu\u0161avost. Ulijte u \u0161alice, ukrasite \u0161tapi\u0107ima cimeta i \u0161lagom po \u017eelji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukoliko vam se \u017euri, smjesu mo\u017eete direktno izliti u \u0161alice ili \u010da\u0161e i poslu\u017eiti. Ukoliko je umutite mikserom ili pjenja\u010dom dobit \u0107e pjenu\u0161avost, ali \u0107e se i malo ohladiti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oba na\u010dina su odli\u010dna, probajte oba i izaberite koji vam se vi\u0161e svi\u0111a ili kombinirajte na\u010dine ovisno o tome koliko imate vremena. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ako vam topla \u010dokolada na ovaj na\u010din pripremljena nije dovoljno gusta ili \u017eelite da je gu\u0161\u0107a, dodaje se 20 g gustina odnosno kukuruznog \u0161kroba u sastojke kod kuhanja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bo\u017ei\u0107na topla \u010dokolada za djecu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Isto tako ako bo\u017ei\u0107nu toplu \u010dokoladu pripremate za djecu presko\u010dite instant kavu. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako toplu \u010dokoladu radite nave\u010der tada presko\u010dite instant kavu. Okus ne\u0107e biti zna\u010dajno druga\u010diji, ali ne\u0107e utjecati na spavanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bo\u017ei\u0107na topla \u010dokolada<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Topla \u010dokolada je recept koja se mo\u017ee raditi na razli\u010dite na\u010dine. Ovom receptu cimet, naran\u010dina kora i mljeveni bademi daju dodatnu posebnost. Naran\u010dinu koru mo\u017eete zamijeniti s malo iscije\u0111ene naran\u010de. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je recept koji s ovim sastojcima odli\u010dno funkcionira, no, njegova je prednost \u0161to je svako dodavanje ili smanjivanje sastojaka jednostavno (ako trenutno neki nemate pri ruci tako\u0111er jednostavno) te i dalje recept mo\u017ee dobro funkcionirati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dekoriranje je tako\u0111er opcionalno, \u0161lag se ne mora dodavati, no nekako topla \u010dokolada dobro ide sa \u0161lagom, te ako ga imate pri ruci, iskoristite ga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umjesto tamne \u010dokolade se mo\u017ee koristiti i mlije\u010dna, no u tom bi slu\u010daju bilo dobro dodati \u017elicu kakaa, kako bi se intenzivirao okus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako \u017eelite gu\u0161\u0107u toplu \u010dokoladu mo\u017eete smanjiti koli\u010dinu vode ili du\u017ee kuhati kako bi se vi\u0161e zgusnulo.
