U zasebnu zdjelu odvojimo \u017eutanjke od bjelanjaka, dodamo 150 g \u0161e\u0107era i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, te sve zajedno pjenasto izradimo ru\u010dnim mikserom. Zatim u zdjelu sa \u017eutanjcima dodamo smjesu od \u010dokolade, nje\u017eno izmije\u0161amo sastojke, te redom umije\u0161amo kesten pire, rum i prosijano bra\u0161no.<\/p>\n<p>Od bjelanjaka istu\u010demo \u010dvrsti snijeg (na pola miksanja dodamo \u0161e\u0107er u prahu), te i njega nje\u017eno umije\u0161amo u smjesu (prvo manji dio, a zatim i ostatak). Dobivenu smjesu premjestimo u kalup, koji smo oblo\u017eili papirom za pe\u010denje i sve zajedno stavimo pe\u0107i u pe\u0107nicu, zagrijanu na 180\u00b0C, 40-ak minuta. G<\/p>\n<p>Gotovu tortu izvadimo iz pe\u0107nice, ostavimo da se malo ohladi, a zatim je izvadimo na re\u0161etku da se potpuno ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>Za to vrijeme u tavicu za umake stavimo \u017elicu vode i 40 g \u0161e\u0107era, a kada se \u0161e\u0107er rastopi i po\u010dne karamelizirati u njega nakratko uronimo cijele o\u010di\u0161\u0107ene kestene, pojedina\u010dno nabodene na drvene ra\u017enji\u0107e ili \u010da\u010dkalice.
