No i druge se vrste mesa mogu pripremiti i pe\u0107i na ro\u0161tilju, ali je potrebno prilagoditi debljinu i vrijeme pe\u010denja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako pripremiti meso za ro\u0161tilj<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada pripremate ro\u0161tilj kako bi va\u0161e meso bilo posebno ukusno iz hladnjaka ga izvadite najmanje 2 sata prije pe\u010denja kako bi se laganim putem odmrznulo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meso marinirajte jedan sat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Re\u0161etke od ro\u0161tilja uvijek dr\u017eite na 15 cm od \u017eara, a pe\u010denje svakako prekinite kada vidite da se meso odvojilo od re\u0161etke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koristite hvataljke za okretanje mesa kako ga ne bi probili vilicom pri okretanju jer \u0107e iz njega iza\u0107i sokovi. Nije problem ako to napravite, samo je meso ukusnije ako se ne probode tijekom pe\u010denja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017dar ravnomjerno rasporedite kako bi se sve peklo jednakom brzinom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meso koje je ve\u0107 gotovo, ako ga ne poslu\u017eujete odmah zamotajte u aluminijsku foliju kako bi zadr\u017ealo toplinu, ali i miris i okus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako marinirati meso za ro\u0161tilj i koje za\u010dine koristiti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Meso se mo\u017ee samo nasoliti, ali mo\u017ee i marinirati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za marinadu se mo\u017ee koristiti maslinovo ili obi\u010dno ulje, sol i za\u010dini.<br>Ako se \u017eeli ja\u010de okuse, mogu se koristiti i: papar, crvena paprika, \u010de\u0161njak\u2026<br>Za ne\u0161to posebnije okuse koristiti i za\u010dinsko bilje poput origana, ru\u017emarina\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marinirano meso se mo\u017ee ostaviti preko no\u0107 u hladnjaku, ili nekoliko sati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meso treba izvaditi iz hladnjaka bar sat vremena prije pe\u010denja kako bi imalo sobnu temperaturu kada se krene s pe\u010denjem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/07\/recepti143.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"recepti\" width=\"12\" height=\"12\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/07\/recepti143.gif\" alt=\"recepti\"><\/a> Ra\u017enji\u0107i na ro\u0161tilju<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Za ra\u017enji\u0107e koristite pikantnije i masnije komade mesa (svinjetina, no, to mogu biti i kobasice, hrenovke i sl.). Tako\u0111er, na ra\u017enji\u0107e mo\u017eete staviti i slaninu narezanu na kockice, te komadi\u0107e povr\u0107a. Budu\u0107i da su janje\u0107i kotleti ukusniji ako su slabije pe\u010deni, njima je dovoljno 5-6 minuta. Ukoliko vam dolaze gosti na ve\u010deru kako vam ne bi ostali gladni ra\u010dunajte na to da \u0107e vam biti potreban najmanje jedan kotlet po osobi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/07\/recepti143.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"recepti\" width=\"12\" height=\"12\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/07\/recepti143.gif\" alt=\"recepti\"><\/a> Pljeskavice na ro\u0161tilju<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pripazite da pljeskavice predugo ne pe\u010dete jer postaju previ\u0161e suhe i mrve se. Srednja debljina je negdje oko 3 cm i pe\u010de se 5 min. Obavezno ih izbodite vilicom i pecite 10 minuta.
