Stapke su tvrde i one se kuhaju du\u017ee nego cvat. Ipak, preporu\u010dujemo, ukoliko je mogu\u0107e da koristite svje\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sezona brokula je u rano prolje\u0107e ili kasnu jesen, \u0161to zna\u010di da je upravo sada njihovo prirodno razdoblje branja. Ipak, kada je kupujete pripazite da su cvjetovi \u010dvrsti, zeleni, stapka svje\u017ea, te da po sebi nemaju nikakvih mrlja ni znakova kvarenja. Tako \u0107ete prepoznati svje\u017eije brokule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Njen sastav je nutricionisti\u010dki kvalitetan, a svojstva su zaista velika. Izdvojimo npr. vitamin C kojeg ima \u010dak vi\u0161e od naran\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brokule \u0161tite od mnogobrojnih bolesti i zdravstvenih problema. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e ih spominju u kontekstu raka. Smatra se da brokuli sprje\u010davaju razvoj razli\u010ditih vrsta zlo\u0107udnih tumora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Njihovi antikancerogeni sastojci poti\u010du organizam na proizvodnju za\u0161titnih enzima, te sprje\u010davaju da kancerogene tvari o\u0161tete zdrave stanice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zbog velike koli\u010dine ve\u0107 spomenutog vitamina C, te betakarotena i ostalih antioksidanata neutralizira slobodne radikale, \u0161titi od preranog starenja, a zbog luteina u svom sastavu povoljno djeluje i na zdravlje o\u010diju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Olak\u0161ava probavu, u crijevima djeluje poput spu\u017eve, te sprje\u010dava zatvor. Podijelite je na cvjetove jednake veli\u010dine, a kako je stapke potrebno kuhati ne\u0161to du\u017ee njih nare\u017eite na sitnije listi\u0107e, pa \u0107e im vrijeme kuhanja biti jednako.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Brokula recepti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Brzi ukusni recepti s brokulama:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Zape\u010dena brokula<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Brokule podijelite na cvjetove i skuhajte u slanoj vodi. Stavite ih u vrelu vodu i kuhajte maksimalno 5 min. Procijedite i ostavite ih sa strane\u2026.<br>U dubljoj tavi ispr\u017eite pile\u0107e filete koje ste prethodno posolili i za\u010dinili, kao kod obi\u010dnog pr\u017eenja. Izvadite ih, a u ulje od pr\u017eenja ulijte malo (oko 100ml) mlijeka i \u017elicu bra\u0161na. Pa\u017eljivo mije\u0161ajte da ne zagori.<br>Kada se smjesa malo karamelizira (zgusne) dodajte brokule i poslu\u017eite. Promije\u0161ajte i jelo je gotovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Ljeva\u010da s brokulama i vinom<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>25 dag bra\u0161na umijesite s jednim pra\u0161kom za pecivo i dodajte 2 dl suhog vina, te vode po potrebi. Neka smjesa bude malo tvr\u0111a od one za pala\u010dinke. Ostavite sa strane.<br>Nare\u017eite jednu brokulu na komadi\u0107e, dodajte 10 dag mrkve nasjeckane na kockice i 10 dag nasjeckane slanine. Pripremite jo\u0161 3 jaja koja trebate umutiti kao za kajganu, 5 dag otopljenog maslaca, 12 dag otopljenog ementalera.<br>Sve te sastojke dodajte u tijesto.
