Vodi u kojoj se moci doda se malo soli i octa, te listova od vi\u0161nje.<\/p>\n<p>Na 1 kilo voca se uzme 1 kilo \u0161ecera i 1 \u00bd ca\u0161e vode. \u0160ecer se prokuva i vruce polije po vocu iz kojeg se pomno izvade zrnca, ocijedi od vode i slo\u017ei u zdjelu.<\/p>\n<p>Poslije 2-3 dana opet se ucini ista stvar, ocjedi od voca i prokuva sok i prelije po vocu .<\/p>\n<p>Tako se ponovi 3-4 puta svaki drugi dan, a zadnji put kada se ogrozd skuha sa sokom, dok bude prilicno mekan i gust sirup.<\/p>\n<p>Skine se sa vatre, prekrije se mokrom krpom i ostavi preko noci.<\/p>\n<p>Hladno se slo\u017ei u teglice, dobro zave\u017ee dvostrukim pergament papirom i spremi na suho hladno mjesto u \u0161pajzu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uzme se jo\u0161 zeleni ogrozd, ocisti od peteljke i stavi u hladnu vodu 24 sata, mijenjajuci vodu vi\u0161e puta.
