Pasterizirati u vodenoj kupelji 30 minuta na 85 \u00baC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vrijeme kuhanja ajvara je okvirno oko sat vremena. Ali ovisi o temperaturi i \u017eeljenoj gusto\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ajvar po starinskom receptu od kuhanih paprika<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuhani ajvar je klasi\u010dni tip ajvara, te br\u017ei na\u010din pripreme ajvara. Recept za kuhani ajvar je jednostavniji budu\u0107i da se sve odmah stavi kuhati skupa. No, iako je ne\u0161to br\u017ei i jednostavniji, i ovakav recept zahtjeva vrijeme, te nemojte o\u010dekivati da se ajvar mo\u017ee napraviti za sat dva. Potrebno je prvo o\u010distiti paprike, oguliti i nasjecakti patlid\u017ean, potom kuhati, samljeti, pa opet kuhati, te na kraju sipati u tegle i pasterizirati. Cijeli taj proces pripreme ajvara se odvija u fazama, i ne mo\u017eete proces ubrzati, a \u010dak niti raditi istovremeno dvije faze. Stoga odvojite dovoljno vremena za pripremu ajvara. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajvar je najbolje raditi od crvenih paprika roga, ali mo\u017ee i od drugih npr.babura. No, uvijek birajte zdrave, deblje, mesnatije paprike. Izbor paprika utje\u010de i na rezultat, te \u0161to su paprike bolje i ajvar \u0107e biti bolji. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad je ajvar skoro gotov izvadite da malo na tanjur (vrlo malu koli\u010dinu) i pustite da se prohladi kako biste vidjeli kakva je gusto\u0107a kada je hladan. Po tome \u0107ete tako\u0111er procijeniti da li ga treba jo\u0161 malo kuhati ili je ovo bilo dovoljno. Gusto\u0107a se malo promijeni kada se ohladi, stoga je to bolje odmah provjeriti, ako treba i dva tri puta, kako bi u kona\u010dnici cijeli ajvar bio \u017eeljene gusto\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gotov vru\u0107 ajvar treba sipati u vru\u0107e tegle, te zatvoriti s metalnim poklopcem. Plasti\u010dni poklopci su osjetljivi na vru\u0107inu, te ne\u0107e hermeti\u010dki dobro zatvoriti teglu, te njih nemojte koristiti u pripremi ajvara. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se tegle s ajvarom dobro ohlade spremite ih na suho i tamno mjesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mogu se koristiti tegle razli\u010dite veli\u010dine, ovisno kakve imate, ali i koliko ajvara konzumirate, budu\u0107i da kada se teglica s ajvarom otvori, ona ne mo\u017ee stajati jednako kao neotvorena tegla ajvara. Otvorenu teglu ajvara \u010duvajte na hladnom, najbolje u fri\u017eideru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajvar nije jednostavna zimnica, ajvar zahtijeva vrijeme i trud, ali je odli\u010dan dodatka jelima tijekom cijele godine, mo\u017ee zamijeniti kupovne dodatke, te pove\u0107ati unos povr\u0107a. Mo\u017ee se koristiti kao namaz, za doru\u010dak, kao prilog jelima, ali i kao dodatak u pripremi jela. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koli\u010dina sastojaka se mo\u017ee lako prilagoditi \u017eeljama, samo pri tome pazite da se zadr\u017ei omjer sastojaka, odnosno da se svi sastojci pove\u0107aju u istoj mjeri. Tako\u0111er je bitno da se koristi dovoljno veliki lonac, budu\u0107i da ajvar treba lagano kuhati, trebate ga mije\u0161ati te ukoliko lonac nije dovoljno veliki sve \u0107e biti te\u017ee izvedivo.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postoje brojni recepti za ajvar, \u0161to nije \u010dudno jer se ajvar priprema u razli\u010ditim dijelovima, te dugo vremena, svatko ga je tijekom vremena prilago\u0111avao sebi, svojim \u017eeljama i uku\u0107anima.
