Izrezati paprike po du\u017eini. Kuhati 2 do 3 minute u slanoj vodi. Ohladiti i poredati papriku u staklenke, dodati papar, karanfil\u010di\u0107e i lovor. Posebno prokuhati ocat s 1\/3 l slane vode u kojoj su se paprike kuhale. Ocat ohladiti i njime preliti paprike u staklenki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rezane kisele paprike (sastojci po tegli) &#8211; s pasterizacijom u pe\u0107nici<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Za ove kisele paprike sastojci se gledaju po tegli (standardne veli\u010dine od 1 kg)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PO TEGLI sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017eli\u010dice za \u010daj, ravno pune<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 \u017eli\u010dice soli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 \u017eli\u010dice \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 \u017eli\u010dice octa 9% bijeli alkoholni<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>re\u017eanj bijelog luka <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>papar u zrnu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Paprike oprat i izrezat (po duljini ili kako \u017eelite). Poredat svje\u017ee paprike u tegle, hladne tegle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posuti u svaku teglu po paprikama 2 \u017eli\u010dice soli, 2 \u017eli\u010dice \u0161e\u0107era i 4 \u017eli\u010dice octa. Dodati re\u017eanj bijelog luka i malo papra (u zrnu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zalit hladnom vodom do vrha tegle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zatvorit tegle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Staviti u pe\u0107nicu, uklju\u010diti pe\u0107nicu na 100 stupnjeva. Dr\u017eati 2 sata u rerni na sto stupnjeva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isklju\u010diti pe\u0107nicu i ostaviti unutra tegle da se hlade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad se ohladi pe\u0107nica, ostaviti i dalje tegle da se hlade. Kad se i tegle s paprikama ohlade tegle, spremiti tegle na hladno i tamno mjesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Ako vam treba pe\u0107nica za drugu turu paprika, ili za ne\u0161to drugo, izvadite tegle i zamotajte ih ne\u010dim \u0161to dr\u017ei toplinu (dekicom ili ru\u010dnikom), te ostavite da se u tome polako hlade. Lagano u tegle dodavati vrelu vodu. Zatvoriti tegle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Staviti u pe\u0107nicu, uklju\u010diti na 100 stupnjeva, ostaviti u njoj na 100 stupnjeva i dr\u017eati 2 sata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako pripremiti kisele paprike za zimnicu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kisele paprike se mogu pripremiti na brojne na\u010dine, brzo i jednostavno, a mnogima su omiljena zimnica. Paprike se mogu prokuhati ili se mogu svje\u017ee narezati i pripremiti za zimnicu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se radi sa svje\u017eim paprikama potrebno ih je pasterizirati, kako bi mogle dugo trajati. Ovako pripremljene paprike se mogu \u010duvati godinu dana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pasterizacija kiselih PAPRIKA u pe\u0107nici<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Staviti paprike i sve dodatne sastojke u tegle. Dobro zatvoriti tegle. Poredati tegle u pe\u0107nicu. Uklju\u010diti pe\u0107nicu na 100 stupnjeva. Ostaviti unutra 2 sata na toj temperaturi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isklju\u010diti pe\u0107nicu, nemojte otvarati pe\u0107nicu, pustiti da se hladi. Kad je sve dobro ohla\u0111eno (sutradan), izvaditi tegle i spremiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pasterizacija kiselih PAPRIKA u toploj kupki<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Starinski na\u010din pripreme kiselih paprika je uglavnom bio s pasterizacijom u vodi, budu\u0107i da se nije mogla odr\u017eavati kontinuirana temperatura pe\u0107nice (bili su uglavnom \u0161tednjaci na vatru).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hladne sastojke (papriku i dodatke) staviti u tegle, hladna voda i hladne paprike. Bez prokuhavanja (najbolje recept bez ulja \u2013 verzija sa sastojcima po tegli).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobro zatvoriti tegle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U ve\u0107i lonac staviti na dno krpu, prekriti cijelo dno. Poredati tegle,a li da ima izme\u0111u njih razmaka i da se ne dodiruju (to je va\u017eno!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doliti vode hladne u lonac oko tegli, do vi\u0161e od pola tegle. Da ne ide prema poklopcu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uklju\u010diti da lagano prokuha. Kada prokuha, smanjiti i pustiti da lagano kuha 10 do 15 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostaviti u toploj vodi da se hlade. Kad se sve ohladi izvaditi i spremiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mogu se i izvaditi iz lonca i vode, poslo\u017eiti i zamotati u deku ili ve\u0107i ru\u010dnik da dr\u017ei lagano toplinu i da se sporije hlade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad su skroz hladne tegle posu\u0161iti, tj. obrisati i spremiti na hladno i tamno.
