Svje\u017ee \u010dili paprike operite, o\u010distite, prepolovite, te isperite hladnom vodom. Nakon toga sitno ih nasjeckajte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Patlid\u017eane pr\u017eite desetak minuta u 200ml ulja na vrlo visokoj temperaturi kako bi se stvorilo \u0161to manje teku\u0107ine. Popr\u017eene patlid\u017eane izmije\u0161ajte s octom, te ostavite na stranu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0110umbir, \u010de\u0161njak, \u010dili papri\u010dice, lovorove listove, klin\u010di\u0107e, zrna gor\u010dice, sjemenke kumina i komora\u010da dodajte u ulje koje vam je ostalo od pr\u017eenja, te mije\u0161aju\u0107i pr\u017eite 2-3 minute.
