Nekoliko lijepih listova ostavite sa strane. Glavice nare\u017eite na \u010detvrtine, odre\u017eite sredi\u0161nji dio i naribajte. Ogulite jabuke i tako\u0111er nare\u017eite na \u010detvrtine, obvezne izvadite ko\u0161tice i nare\u017eite na plo\u0161kice.<br \/>\nNaribani kupus slo\u017eite u posudu za kiseljenje na 2cm visine i gnje\u010dite dok ne pusti sok. Zatim umije\u0161ajte nekoliko kri\u0161ki jabuke, malo soli i za\u010dina te stavite sljede\u0107i sloj naribanog kupusa i ponovite postupak dok ne iskoristite sve sastojke.<br \/>\nListove kupusa koje ste ostavili sa strane operite i njima prekrijte naribani kupus. Na vrh stavite poklopac i dodatno opteretite ne\u010dim te\u0161kim.<br \/>\nKupus ostavite na tamnome mjestu na sobnoj temperaturi 2-3 dana dok se ne stvori pjena. Pjenu skinite, zatim kupus ostavite neka stoji otprilike 4 tjedna ali redovno skidajte pjenu.
