Stapku brokule potrebno je oguliti i narezati na plo\u0161ke. Zatim operite mahune, odre\u017eite vrhove i konce i nare\u017eite na otprilike 2 cm duge komade.<br \/>\nOperite paprike, prepolovite ih i o\u010distite, a zatim nare\u017eite i na kockice. Luk o\u010distite i prepolovite. Izvadite povr\u0107e iz posude i slo\u017eite u staklenke.<br \/>\nBra\u0161no razmutite u malo hladne vode, a teku\u0107inu u kojoj se kuhalo povr\u0107e stavite da se ponovno zagrije te dodajte \u0161krobno bra\u0161no. Umak kuhajte oko 3 minute uz stalno mije\u0161anje te prelijte preko povr\u0107a.
