Za nadjev sjedinite kukuruzno bra\u0161no s jogurtom i \u017elicom maslaca, posolite i izmije\u0161ajte tako da smjesa ne bude ni tvrda, a ni meka. Zatim stavljajte manje koli\u010dine smjese na listove lipe i savijajte u sarmice. Sla\u017eite ih u prikladnu nauljenu posudu, prelijte posoljenim ulje, stavite u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu i pecite na srednjoj vatri oko 20 minuta. Za vrijeme pe\u010denja sarmice poprskajte vodom i ako je potrebno prelijte uljem.
