Razvaljujte ga na pobra\u0161njenoj dasci \u0161to tanje i&nbsp; nare\u017eite na kvadrate 4&#215;4 cm. Zatim od narezanih kvadrata oblikujte fu\u017ee tako da se dva suprotna ugla saviju prema sredini i pritisnite da se zalijepe. Zatim fu\u017ee malo posu\u0161ite pa ih skuhajte u dosta posoljene kipu\u0107e vode i ocijedite. Istresite ih u posudu na zagrijani maslac, izmije\u0161ajte da se ravnomjerno namaste i dr\u017eite na toplom. Posebno na zagrijanom maslacu kratko popr\u017eite naribane tartufe i pr\u0161ut narezan na kockice, posolite, popaprite, pa zalijte sa 1 dl juhe ili vode i pustite da malo prokuha. Ovu smjesu prelijte preko kuhanih fu\u017ea i&nbsp; na vatri lagano izmije\u0161ajte. Jelo istresite u zdjelu i pospite naribanim parmezanom.
