U posve ohla\u0111eni krumpir dodajte mast ili margarin, jaje, bra\u0161no i malo soli pa umijesite tijesto. Rarzre\u017eite tijesto na vi\u0161e komada, pa na pobra\u0161njenoj dasci svaki razvaljajte na debljinu doma\u0107e kobasice. Zatim nare\u017eite na kolute od 2 cm i na dasci dlanom valjajte da dobijete valju\u0161ak duga\u010dak 4-5 cm. Tada ih spustite u klju\u010dalu posoljenu vodu i kuhajte 5 minuta pokriveno, a onda otkrijte i kuhajte do kraja tj. Da svi valju\u0161ci isplivaju na povr\u0161inu vode. Kuhane valju\u0161ke pa\u017eljivo ocijedite, stavljajte ih u plitku zdjelu u redove, svaki red prelijte vru\u0107im uljem i pospite popr\u017eenim mrvicama.
