Na ulju popr\u017eite nasjeckani luk, dodajte narezani krumpir, posolite, malo popaprite i na vatri lagano izmije\u0161ajte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U posudu staviti veliku \u017elicu masti, dodati glavicu sitno sjeckanog luka i \u0161peka ili narezane kobasice na kolutove. Dinstati da se iz kobasica ili peka iscijedi masno\u0107a i da se malo karmelizira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skuhani krumpir ubaciti na luk, promije\u0161ati ga, popr\u017eiti, posoliti i odmah poslu\u017eiti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Restani krumpir tra\u017ei dosta masti tako da se kombinacija masti i \u0161peka ili kobasica nadopunjuje s ovom vrstom pripreme krumpira. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Restani krumpir s kobasicama ili \u0161pekom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovako pripremljeni krumpir s kobasicama je jednostavan za pripremu, mo\u017ee se poslu\u017eiti uz drugo meso, ali je zbog \u0161peka  sam po sebi kompletan obrok. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako planiram da ovo bude kompletan obrok tada stavim kobasice ili solidnu koli\u010dinu \u0161peka. Ukoliko mi treba kao prilog tada stavim \u0161pek ili slaninu u manjoj koli\u010dini, kako bi krumpir dobio aromu, ali da ne bude na kraju previ\u0161e mesa, kada ga dodatno poslu\u017eim kao prilog mesu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako da ovisno o tome za \u0161to mi treba i kako ga planiram poslu\u017eiti ovaj krumpir odlu\u010dim koliko \u0107u \u0161peka staviti ili kobasica. I krumpir s kobasicama mo\u017ee biti prilog, ali i tada smanjim koli\u010dinu kobasica, jer bi ina\u010de bilo previ\u0161e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako \u017eelite hrskavije krumpire tada treba koristiti ve\u0107u tavu, odnosno da vi\u0161e krumpira bude na dnu i da se pr\u017ei. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koje kobasice koristiti?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Za ovo jelo se mogu koristiti bilo koje kobasice, kod mene to ovisi o raspolo\u017eenju. Nekad kupujem debrecinke, nekad neke druge. Ako su kobasice malo lju\u0107e tada \u0107e i cijelo ljeto imati malo druga\u010diju aromu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mogu se koristiti debrecinke, kranjska kobasica, \u010de\u0161njovka, doma\u0107a\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kobasice \u0107e iz sebe pustiti prilikom pe\u010denja, te \u0107e krumpir poprimiti njihov okus. No, upravo je u tom spajanju okusa \u010dar ovog jela. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovisno o izboru kobasice, kao i debljini na koju kobasicu nare\u017eete mo\u017ee se razlikovati vrijeme pr\u017eenja kobasice, stoga tome prilagodite pripremu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Koliko traje priprema ovog jela?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krumpir se kuha oko 30 minuta, ovisno o veli\u010dini krumpira. Detaljnije: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=27139\">Koliko dugo se kuha krumpir \u2013 Recepti<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon \u0161to je krumpir skuhan treba se malo ohladiti, pa oguliti. U me\u0111uvremenu treba nasjeckati luk i kobasice ili \u0161pek. To se mo\u017ee napraviti i za vrijeme kuhanja krumpira. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon toga na tavi treba ukupno manje od  deset minuta. Na tavu se stavi \u0161pek i luk dok se guli krumpir, ako treba skratiti vrijeme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukupno vrijeme pripreme je oko 40 do 50 minuta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krumpir se mo\u017ee skuhati unaprijed, kada imam vremena. Nakon kuhanja ja ga nikad ne ostavljam u vodi jer se prekuha i postane vodenast, nego ga dobro ocijedim. Ocije\u0111eni kuhani krumpir poklopim i mo\u017ee se tako lagano ostati hladiti. \u010cak se mo\u017ee skuhati i dan unaprijed, a potom kada mi treba obrok, onda je sve brzo gotovo odnosno ukupno vrijeme pripreme je tada 10 do 15 minuta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posebno je prakti\u010dno ako skuham krumpir, potom idem vani ne\u0161to obaviti dok se on lagan hladi, a onda kada svi do\u0111u u ku\u0107u, ru\u010dak je gotov za 15 minuta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vrijeme pripreme u zna\u010dajnom mjeri ovisi o veli\u010dini krumpira, odnosno o vremenu kuhanja krumpira, stoga kada se \u017eurim biram manje krumpire, koji se ipak ne\u0161to br\u017ee skuhaju od velikih krumpira. Nije to razlika u sat vremena, nego desetak minuta, no, nekad mi je i tih desetak minuta bitno.
