Zatim u pire umije\u0161ajte naribani parmezan i nasjeckani per\u0161inov list pa jo\u0161 jednom sve zajedno izmije\u0161ajte. Poslu\u017eite toplo kao prilog uz meso, perad, divlja\u010d, ribu i raznovrsna druga jela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zeleni pire od krumpira<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Krumpir pire (recept: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=6696\">Krumpir pire \u2013 Recepti<\/a>) je standardni prilog, a s obzirom da je jednostavan i uobi\u010dajen prilog, mo\u017ee se na razne na\u010dine varirate kako bi se dobio ne\u0161to efektniji odnosno druga\u010diji prilog. Zelena boja per\u0161ina se lijepo isti\u010de u ovom pireu, te bude lijepa kombinacija boja na tanjuru. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmezan tako\u0111er daje poseban okus ovom jelu, kada se doda u vru\u0107 krumpir on se pomalo i rastopi. No, ako nemate pri ruci parmezan, mo\u017ee se i presko\u010diti. Parmezan je sir koji ima karakteristi\u010dan okus, stoga i cijelo jelo s njim dobije novu notu, te spoj krumpira, parmezana i per\u0161ina daje okus koji se solidno razlikuje od klasi\u010dnog pirea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krumpir za pire se kuha u posoljenoj vodi, te na taj na\u010din kuhani krumpir bude slan. Kada provjerite slano\u0107u, ako nije dovoljno slan, mo\u017ee se dodati jo\u0161 malo soli prilikom dodavanja mlijeka i maslaca. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krumpir se mo\u017ee kuhati \u010ditav ili narezan. Narezani krumpir se br\u017ee skuha, ali ako imam dovoljno vremena ne tro\u0161im vrijeme na sjeckanje krumpira, ili ga samo malo usitnim. To ovisi o trenutnom raspolo\u017eenju, koliko vremena imam kao i \u0161ta drugo istovremeno pripremam. No, na rezultat nema utjecaja da li se krumpir kuhao \u010ditav ili narezan. Ovisno o veli\u010dini krumpira, kuhanje krumpira mo\u017ee trajati 20 do 45 minuta.
