Malo kasnije dodajte i gra\u0161ak kako bi se skuhao. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skuhani krumpir ocijedite, dosolite i zgnje\u010dite vilicom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodajte vru\u0107e mlijeko, \u017elicu maslaca, protisnuti gra\u0161ak i mrkvu, narezanu \u0161unku, nasjeckani per\u0161inov list i naribani sir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sve izmije\u0161ajte u povezanu smjesu. Poslu\u017eite toplo kao prilog mesu, peradi, divlja\u010di, ribi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160areni pire od krumpira<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako po receptu ide da se u kuhani krumpir doda kuhani gra\u0161ak i kuhana mrkva, ja uglavnom nasjeckam i mrkvu te stavim kuhati s krumpirom, dok pred kraj dodam, gra\u0161ak da se skuha zajedno sa krumpirom. No, rijetko kuham odvojeno, uglavnom sve skupa, no, mo\u017ee se kuhati i odvojeno. Ja sve povr\u0107e skupa ocijedim i ujedna\u010dim. Iako je po receptu pisalo da se prvo izgnje\u010di krumpir, kako sam u po\u010detku i ja radila, sada imam princip da sve povr\u0107e skupa ujedna\u010dim blednerom, dodam maslac i mlijeko, a onda dodajem ostale sastojke. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sve skupa se mo\u017ee nastaviti ujedna\u010diti blenderom ili samo gnje\u010dilicom i vilicom. Kada se koristi blender sastojci se dodatno usitne, a bez njega \u0161unka i sir ostanu izra\u017eenije teksture. Za okus ovog pirea je svejedno koji se na\u010din koristi, no, meni je nekad zanimljivije imati vi\u0161e ujedna\u010denu smjesu, dok mi nekad odgovara kad se vidu \u0161unka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo jelo mo\u017ee naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e koristim kao prilog, kao i klasi\u010dni pire krumpir. No, s obzirom da je ipak ne\u0161to zahtjevniji i kompliciraniji prilog pravim ga kada pravim neki ve\u0107i obiteljski ru\u010dak, pa \u017eelim ne\u0161to za prilog \u0161to je druga\u010dije. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U klasi\u010dni pire krumpir ide krumpir, maslac i mlijeko, i kao takav pire krumpir dobro funkcionira, \u0161to zna\u010di da su u ovom receptu sastojci izvan toga dodatak, no, nisu nu\u017eno povezani i mo\u017ee se napraviti jednako dobar i zanimljiv prilog od samo dijela sastojaka.
