Zatim skuhani krumpir ocijedite, dosolite i zgnje\u010dite vilicom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodajte vru\u0107e mlijeko i \u017eli\u010dicu maslaca pa izmije\u0161ajte u jednoli\u010dnu smjesu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zatim umije\u0161ajte oguljenu i na kockice narezanu raj\u010dicu ili je usitnite elektri\u010dnim mikserom, pa sve zajedno izmije\u0161ajte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poslu\u017eite kao topli prilog uz meso, perad, divlja\u010d, ribu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kako bi pire krumpir bio ujedna\u010den i kremast, raj\u010dica se oguli. Najjednostavniji na\u010din da s e raj\u010dica oguli je ubaciti \u010ditavu raj\u010dicu u klju\u010dalu vodu, pustiti jednu minutu, te potom izvaditi, kad se malo ohladi oguliti raj\u010dicu. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ru\u017ei\u010dasti pire od krumpira &#8211; pire krumpir s raj\u010dicom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako bi se sve lijepo ujedna\u010dilo mo\u017ee se koristiti mikser ili blender, na taj na\u010din se dobije jednoli\u010dna smjesa koja je ru\u017ei\u010daste boje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj pire krumpir se mo\u017ee pripremiti po uobi\u010dajenom <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=6696\">receptu za krumpir pire<\/a>, receptu koji sami koristiti i na kraju dodati nasjeckanu raj\u010dicu kako bi poprimio boju. Ono \u0161to mo\u017ee biti dodatno zanimljivo i \u0161to ja znam napraviti je podijeliti pire krumpir u dva dijela te u jedan dio dodati raj\u010dicu, ponekad dodam i neke dodatne za\u010dine, i onda to ujedna\u010dim. Na taj na\u010din na stolu poslu\u017eim dva pirea razli\u010ditih boja, a \u010dak se i okusi razlikuju, nije da se radi samo o boji budu\u0107i da se u tom slu\u010daju ru\u017ei\u010dasti zbog raj\u010dice i okusom razlikuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druga opcija je koju koristim ako netko izbjegava mlije\u010dne proizvode, a dolazi mi u goste, tada u ru\u017ei\u010dasti pire, osim maslaca i mlijeka dodam maslinovo ulje. Nije puno dodatne pripreme, dobijem zanimljiv i kremast prilog, a koji ne sadr\u017ei u sebi mlijeko i maslac. Dodatno se mo\u017ee dodati za\u010dne poput \u010de\u0161njaka ili papra, kako bi okus bio intenzivniji. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pire krumpir s raj\u010dicom nije uobi\u010dajeno jelo, malo je druga\u010dijeg okusa, a i druga\u010dije boje, stoga mo\u017ee biti zanimljivo za promjenu od klasi\u010dnog  krumpir priloga. Posebnost je upravo u efektnoj boji, koja daje druga\u010diji dojam. Ukoliko se jo\u0161 dodatno posveti pa\u017enja dekoriranju, kako bi bilo ne\u0161to modernije, dobit \u0107ete posebno jelo koje je jednostavno za napraviti. Ovakav pire uglavnom prvi stavim na tanjur potom na njega slo\u017eim meso, te na vrhu dodam per\u0161in, ru\u017emarin ili neki za\u010din koji je efektan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krumpir se mo\u017ee narezati na kocke, kolutove ili kuhati \u010ditav. Razlika je u vremenu kuhanja. Ve\u0107i \u010ditavi krumpiri trebaju oko 40 minuta da se skuhaju, dok \u0107e manji kao i narezan krumpir trebati manje. Stoga je meni glavna ideja kada stavljam krumpir za kuhanje da li imam vremena, onda ne sjeckam krumpir, da ne tro\u0161im vrijeme na to, samo ga ubacim u vodu i kuham. Dok ako mi se \u017euri, odvojim par minuta da nare\u017eem krumpir, a on se tada puno br\u017ee skuha. Uvijek vilicom provjerim d ali je krumpir kuhan, ako vilica prolazi lako kroz njega krumpir je gotov. Kada re\u017eete krumpir neka svi komadi budu sli\u010dne veli\u010dine kako bi se istovremeno skuhali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se krumpir skuha, ja uglavnom odvojim te vode, i u nju ubacim raj\u010dicu, budu\u0107i da je voda ve\u0107 vrela. No, ako zaboravite tada mo\u017eete za guljenje raj\u010dice zakuhati dodatno vodu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krumpir se mo\u017ee staviti kuhati u hladnu ili vru\u0107u vodu.
