kockice. Krumpir ogulite, operite i nare\u017eite na kockice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na zagrijanom ulju popr\u017eite nasjeckani luk, dodajte narezanu mrkvu i zajedno malo popr\u017eite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zatim dodajte narezani krumpir pa uz podlijevanje toplom vodom pirjajte da povr\u0107e potpuno omek\u0161a. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posolite, po\u0161e\u0107erite i pospite vegetom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uz zgotovljeno jelo umije\u0161ajte kiselo vrhnje i limunov sok, te pospite nasjeckanim koprom. Pirjanu mrkvu poslu\u017eite s kuhanim ili pe\u010denim mesom, peradi ili ribom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pirjana mrkva s krumpirom &#8211; dodatno<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pirjana mrkva s krumpirom se mo\u017ee raditi na nekoliko na\u010dina kako bi ova kombinacija izgledala druga\u010dije. Kao prvo razlika je da li se krumpir i mrkva nare\u017eu na kockice ili na na tanke pruti\u0107e, na kraju \u0107e i efekt biti sli\u010dan, ali druga\u010diji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vrhnje se mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti na dnu zdjelice ili tanjura, a preko staviti povr\u0107e, te se prilikom serviranja dobije druga\u010diji dojam,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako je recept koji sam dobila u originalu bio ovakav, ja \u010desto presko\u010dim vegetu, neki od mojih uku\u0107ana je ne preferiraju, te je jelo i bez vegete jednako dobro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodatna opcija je da se vrhnje mo\u017ee zamijeniti majonezom ili gr\u010dkim jogurtom, ovisno o tome \u0161to netko preferira. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako je ovo jelo prilog, s obzirom da je zanimljivo i brzo gotovo, mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti kao me\u0111uobrok, salata ili toplo predjelo. Meni je to nekad opcija uz kobasice ili neki narezak, kako bi dobila odre\u0111eni balans brze hrane i povr\u0107a. Onda unaprijed nasjeckam mrkvu i krumpir, ostavim u vodi, a kad se vratim ku\u0107i i pripremam obrok, ako je sitno narezano, brzo bude gotovo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kopar ako nemate pri ruci mo\u017eete presko\u010diti ili pirjanu mrkvu s krumpirom posuti suhim per\u0161inom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uz mrkvu i krumpir mo\u017ee se dodati nasjeckana \u0161unka, pe\u010dena ili kuhana piletina&#8230; Na odre\u0111eni na\u010din ovo je jelo pomalo sli\u010dno <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=13398\">ruskoj salati<\/a>, ali opet s manje sastojaka, i br\u017ee gotovo, pa se mo\u017ee raditi i u manjim koli\u010dinama.
