Drugog dana ribu o\u010distite, operite, posolite je pa neka usoljena odstoji 1 sat. Zatim u ribu stavite gran\u010dicu kadulje i popaprite. O\u0161trim no\u017eem na najdebljem mjestu napravite zareze pa u njih ulijete ulje s kaduljom i cijelu ribu prema\u017eite uljem. Stavite je na zagrijani ro\u0161tilj na nauljenu re\u0161etku i pecite na srednjoj vatri oko 15 minuta sa svake strane.Za vrijeme pe\u010denja ribu nama\u017eite uljem.
