Nakon toga na drvene ili metalne \u0161tapi\u0107e za ra\u017enji\u0107e nabodite klobuke gljiva, prema\u017eite ih uljem, stavite na zagrijani ro\u0161tilj na nauljenu re\u0161etku i pecite uz lagano okretanje. Mast iz slanine \u0107e pro\u017eeti njihovo nje\u017eno tkivo pa \u0107e postati ukusnije, a kad zacvr\u010de ra\u017enji\u0107i su gotovi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na isti na\u010din mogu se ra\u017enji\u0107i pr\u017eiti i na ro\u0161tiljskoj, pa \u010dak i na obi\u010dnoj tavi.
