Posolite, popaprite, dodajte narezane sipe i zajedno pr\u017eite 2-3 minute. Zatim ulijte vino i istu koli\u010dinu vode te polako kuhajte otprilike pola sata. Tada dodajte crnilo od sipe i opranu ri\u017eu, po potrebi dolijte tople vode i na laganoj vatri kuhajte da se ri\u017ea potpuno skuha. Kuhani ri\u017eot istresite u zdjelu i pospite naribanim parmezanom.
