Zatim ih posla\u017eite u prikladnu nauljenu posudu, posolite, popaprite i pospite zdrobljenim ru\u017emarinom. Pecite ih u pe\u0107nici najprije 10 minuta na jakoj vatri, zatim poprskajte uljem, pa jo\u0161 oko 15 minuta pecite na laganoj vatri da se srdele dobro ispeku. U me\u0111uvremenu na ulju popr\u017eite oguljene i na kockice narezane raj\u010dice, zatim ih pospite nasjeckanim per\u0161inovim listom i prelijte preko srdela, pa u pe\u0107nici zajedno pecite jo\u0161 10 minuta.
