Krumpir ogulite, operite i nare\u017eite na \u0161to tanje plo\u0161ke. Prikladnu nauljenu posudu pospite nasjeckanim lukom, na to u slojevima posla\u017eite narezani krumpir, posolite, popaprite, pospite nasjeckanim \u010de\u0161njakom, per\u0161inovim listom i maj\u010dinom du\u0161icom. Zalijte uljem i vodom da bude skoro pokriveno, a po krumpiru posla\u017eite srdele jednu do druge i prelijte uljem. Zatim stavite u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu i na srednjoj vatri pecite oko 20 minuta.
