Ribu o\u010distite, nare\u017eite na komade, posolite, zatim uvaljajte u kukuruzno bra\u0161no, pa na zagrijanom ulju popr\u017eite s jedne i s druge strane. Zatim u prikladnu nauljenu posudu slo\u017eite narezani krumpir, posolite ga i prelijte uljem. Odozgo po njemu posla\u017eite pr\u017eenu ribu, sve prelijte mje\u0161avinom kiselog vrhnja, mljevene paprike, nasjeckanog i zgnje\u010denog \u010de\u0161njaka i vegete. Stavite u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu i na srednjoj vatri pecite oko 25 minuta.
