o\u010distite, operite, posolite i popaprite, nare\u017eite je na komade i prelijte octom, pa je ostavite tako 1 sat. Na ulju popr\u017eite nasjeckani luk, pospite mljevenom paprikom, dodajte pire od raj\u010dice, 1 dl vina i 1 dl vode, nasjeckani per\u0161inov list i narezanu ribu. Na laganoj vatri kuhajte da riba bude potpuno skuhana, a posudu samo povremeno protresite. Potkraj kuhanja u paprika\u0161 ulijte ostatak vina i dodajte ljuti feferon pa zajedno kuhajte do kraja.
