Gljive o\u010distite, tanko nare\u017eite, posolite, popaprite i propr\u017eite uz dodavanje malih koli\u010dina vode na jednom dijelu ulja. Krumpir o\u010distite, operite i nare\u017eite na tanke kolutove. U pogodnu vatrostalnu posudu slo\u017eite red krumpira, posolite, popaprite, posipajte vegetom, zatim stavite red gljiva i polovinu odrezaka, opet krumpir, za\u010dine, gljive, odreske. Na vrh obavezno stavite krumpir. Sve prelijte ostatkom ulja i kiselim vrhnjem. Pecite u zagrijanoj pe\u0107nici dok ne porumeni.
