Kuhati oko 6 do 8 minuta, ovisno o veli\u010dini komada cvjeta\u010de. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuhani karfiol ocijedite, velike\u00a0 cvjetove presijecite uzdu\u017e da budu plosnati pa svaki komad uvaljajte u bra\u0161no, jaje, kru\u0161ne mrvice (mo\u017eete i na kraju opet u jaje da bi imali na cvjeta\u010di vi\u0161e smjese za pohanje).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stavljajte na vrelo ulje i pr\u017eite dok ne porumeni sa svih strana. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posla\u017eite pohani karfiol u zdjelu, popaprite ga i poslu\u017eite uz kiselo mlijeko ili salatu od cikle. Dobar je i kao dodatak uz meso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pohani karfiol (pohana cvjeta\u010da) u pe\u0107nici<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cvjeta\u010du o\u010distiti, odvojiti zelene dijelove, oprati, podijeliti na manje cvjetove ili narezati na tanje plo\u0161ke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Komade cvjeta\u010de dodati u posoljenu kipu\u0107u vodu i kuhati ovisno o veli\u010dini komada 6 do 8 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvaditi cvjeta\u010du iz vode i dobro ocijediti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skuhanu cvjeta\u010du posuti s malo maslinovog ulja, i promije\u0161ati da se ulje ravnomjerno rasporedi po komadima cvjeta\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U posudi pomije\u0161ati kru\u0161ne mrvice (mo\u017ee se dodati i parmezan, za\u010dinsko bilje, kurkuma&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umutite jaja s malo soli. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uvaljati komade cvjeta\u010de u bra\u0161no, potom u jaja i na kraju u kru\u0161ne mrvice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poslo\u017eite panirane komade cvjeta\u010de u nauljeni pleh ili na papri za pe\u010denje koji se stavi na pleh. Malo po cvjeta\u010di pokapajte dodatno malinovog ulja. (Idealno je ako imat ulje u boci s raspr\u0161iva\u010dem).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u0107nicu zagrijati na 200 stupnjeva i pohanu cvjeta\u010du pe\u0107i nekih 15 minuta, dok ne postane zlatno sme\u0107kaste boje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pohana cvjeta\u010da<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pohani karfiol odnosno cvjeta\u010da je jednostavno jelo i brzo za pripremu. Pohana cvjeta\u010da je dobar izbor i za one koji ne preferiraju cvjeta\u010du, jer pohanje daje cvjeta\u010di malo druga\u010diji okus. Pohana cvjeta\u010da je hrskava, posebno kada se rade manji i tanji komadi cvjeta\u010de za pohanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako napravite dosta tanke komade cvjeta\u010de mo\u017eda \u0107e ih trebati i malo kra\u0107e kuhati i kra\u0107e pe\u0107i u pe\u0107nici, no, to jednostavno prilagodite.
