Radi se vrlo sli\u010dno receptu za pire krumpir. Dodati i \u017eli\u010dicu soli. Poja\u010dati temperaturu i pustiti da proklju\u010da. Poklopiti i ostaviti da kuha 15 do 20 minuta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vrijeme kuhanja ovisi o veli\u010dini komada mrkve, \u0161to su manji mrkva \u0107e br\u017ee biti gotova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017ee se izvaditi jedan komad mrkve kako bi se provjerilo da li je gotova. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Procijediti mrkvu, dodati maslac i mlijeko, po \u017eelji malo papra, te sve dobro zgnje\u010diti i ujedna\u010diti. Ja uglavnom koristim blender odnosno \u0161tapni mikser kako bi dobila skroz ujedna\u010denu smjesu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mlijeko se mo\u017ee dodati toplo ili hladno, ovisno o tome da li \u017eelite da se pire br\u017ee ohladi ili da du\u017ee bude topao, kao i da li je ve\u0107 se mrkva ohladila. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I pire od mrkve je spreman za poslu\u017eivanje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pire od mrkve<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pire od mrkve se mo\u017ee raditi s raznim varijantama. Mo\u017ee se ukupna koli\u010dina staviti samo mrkva, a mo\u017ee se napraviti razli\u010diti omjeri mrkve i krumpira. Omjer mo\u017ee biti pola pola, ili za po\u010detak, ako niste ranije radili pire od mrkve mo\u017eete staviti ve\u0107inu mrkve i dodati jedan ili dva krumpira kako bi malo ubla\u017eili okus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pire od mrkve je zanimljiva alternativa klasi\u010dnom pireu, brzo je gotov, a opet druga\u010dijeg okusa, druga\u010dije boje, te je na meniju druga namirnica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mrkva se mo\u017ee jesti i svje\u017ea, tako da vrijeme kuhanja se mo\u017ee prilagoditi, no kada je mrkva dobro skuhana od nje se lak\u0161e mo\u017ee pripremiti pire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukoliko preferirate druga\u010diju odnosno grublju strukturu pirea, nemojte koristiti \u0161tapni mikser, nego ru\u010dno gnje\u010dite mrkvu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je odli\u010dan na\u010din da se pove\u0107a konzumacija mrkve, budu\u0107i da se mrkva u mnogim drugim jelima dodaje jedna do dvije na cijeli obrok. Upravo iz tog razloga ja preferiram ne kombiniranje krumpira i mrkve, budu\u0107i da je ovo jelo odnosno prilog od mrkve, a krumpir kao prilog iskoristim drugi dan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na sli\u010dan na\u010din mo\u017ee s napraviti i pire od vi\u0161e vrsta povr\u0107a, a za slatkastu opciju uz mrkvu mo\u017eete dodati batat, te dobiti pire od mrke i batata. U tom slu\u010daju je bitno da se mrkva stavi ranije kuhati, te nakon pola sata kuhanja doda batat jer se on br\u017ee skuha nego mrkva. Uz takve varijacije mo\u017eete kombinirati i neko drugo povr\u0107e, a dobra kombinacija je pire od mrkve, batata i krumpira. Krumpir ogulite, operite i isto tako nare\u017eite. Stavite sve zajedno da se kuha u posoljenoj kipu\u0107oj vodi. Kad je sve kuhano, ocijedite i propasirajte. Od polovice maslaca napravite zapr\u0161ku tako da ga zagrijete pa na nju propr\u017eite bra\u0161no. Zapr\u0161ku stavite u propasirano povr\u0107e, promije\u0161ajte i dolijte onoliko mlijeka koliko je potrebno da se dobije pire. Dosolite, promije\u0161ajte i maknite sa \u0161tednjaka pa dodajte \u017eumanjke.
