Ovo jelo je omiljeno jesensko i zimsko jelo, ali ga mo\u017eete pripremati u bilo koje doba godine, s tim da ga ljeti naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e zamijeni krumpir salata, jer se obi\u010dno ljeti biraju svje\u017eija i hladnija jela. Restani krumpir svojim okusom podsje\u0107a i na Franscusku juhu, te ga zbog tog razloga mnogi smatraju profinjenim jelom, ali ipak je restani krumpir jelo koje se tradicionalno poslu\u017euje u na\u0161im krajevima, te je njegova priprema vrlo jednostavna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e pogre\u0161ka kod pripreme restanog krumpira<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>S restanim krumpirom ne mo\u017eete puno pogrije\u0161iti, a najve\u0107i izazov je procijeniti kada maknuti luk s vatre, odnosno kada je dovoljno dinstan. Ostavite li luk predugo, poprimit \u0107e umjesto karameliziranog okusa zagoreni okus, te je upropa\u0161teno cijelo jelo. Ako ste ipak pretjerali s dr\u017eanjem na vatri, te je krumpir vi\u0161e sme\u0111 nego omek\u0161an, nemojte ga poku\u0161avati dodati u krumpir, te radije zapo\u010dnite ispo\u010detka proces pripreme ovog jela. Okus bi trebao biti karameliziran, a nikako zagoren. Priprema ovog jela je vrlo brza i jednsotavna nakon \u0161to je kuhan krumpir. Zapravo je kuhanje krumpira najdu\u017ei proces. Ukoliko znate da \u0107ete praviti ovo jelo, krumpir mo\u017eete skuhati i nekoliko sati unaprijed, te \u0107e priprema biti potpuno jednostavna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Restani krumpir je savr\u0161eno jelo za blagdane<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako birate doba godine kada pripremiti restani krumpir, idealni su blagdani, posebno oni u zimskom periodu.
