Za kremasti pire krumpir bitno je lijepo ujedna\u010diti krumpir, mo\u017ee se u njega dodati samo malo mlijeka, ali najljep\u0161u konzistenciju dobije kada se doda i maslac ili margarin. Nastaviti mije\u0161ati da se svi sastojci stope i da dobijete&nbsp; jednoli\u010dnu masu .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poslu\u017euje se topao uz razne vrste mesa, povr\u0107a pa i uz jaja pe\u010dena na oko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept poslala: K.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko krumpira za pire krumpir?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To ovisi o jelu uz koje se poslu\u017euje pire krumpir i veli\u010dini krumpira. No, uglavnom je po osobi dovoljno jedan do dva krumpira. Tako mi je lak\u0161e ra\u010dunati nego po te\u017eini i gramima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pire krumpir je prilog brojnim jelima, tradicionalno se priprema u na\u0161im krajevima, ali i u drugim krajevima svijeta. Receptura ovog kremastog priloga se ne mijenja puno, od onoga kako su ga pripremale bake i mame, do onoga kako se danas priprema, razlika je vi\u0161e u serviranju, s \u010dim se poslu\u017euje i sli\u010dno. Pire krumpir ide i uz moderna i tradicionalna jela, a na kakvom tanjuru ga poslu\u017eite i kako servirate ovisi i kakav \u0107e dojam ostaviti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko dugo kuhati krumpir za pire krumpir?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Krumpir se treba dobro skuhati, a koliko dugo se kuha ovisi o veli\u010dini komada. Ako se kuha \u010ditav krumpir trebat \u0107e du\u017ee nego kada se krumpir nare\u017ee na tanje plo\u0161ke. \u010citav krumpir se kuha oko 40 minuta, dok \u0107e manji komadi biti skuhani za 15 do 20 minuta. Ovisno o drugim poslovima u kuhinji i vremenu, krumpir nekad stavim odmah u hladnu vodu, a ponekad u klju\u010dalu, rezultat je isti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u0160to dodati u pire krumpir?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Probala sam razne varijante pire krumpira, mo\u017ee se raditi s mlijekom, vrhnjem, maslacem, margarinom, a probala sam \u010dak i opciju s maslinovim uljem. Iako je varijanta s maslinovim uljem zanimljiva, po meni ima okus ne\u0161to druga\u010diji od klasi\u010dnog pire krumpira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pire krumpir u svojoj klasi\u010dnoj varijanti je s mlijekom i maslacem ili margarinom. Za ne\u0161to posebniji i druga\u010diji okus mo\u017ee se dodati mu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Uz \u0161to poslu\u017eiti pire krumpir?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pire krumpir, kao i op\u0107enito krumpir, ide uz meso, ribu, kobasice, ali i povr\u0107e, posebno kiseli kupus. Pire krumpir se uobi\u010dajeno poslu\u017euje i uz sarmu ili punjene paprike, dok se druge varijante krumpira rje\u0111e poslu\u017euju uz sarmu i punjene paprike. Jedna \u017eli\u010dica soli je uglavnom dovoljna, ovisi o koli\u010dini vode u kojoj se kuha krumpir, a ne samo o koli\u010dini krumpira. Ako je lonac ve\u0107i i krumpir se kuha u vi\u0161e vode, trebat \u0107e i vi\u0161e soli.
