vanilije\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>10 dkg (100 grama) margarina<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Priprema krafni punjenih kremom od vanilije<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mlijeko zagrijati, ali treba biti blago toplo, ne vru\u0107e. U mlijeko dodati kvasac, te \u017elicu \u0161e\u0107era i bra\u0161na. Ostaviti 10 do 15 minuta da se kvasac razvije. U ostalo bra\u0161no dodajte naribanu koricu limuna, malo soli, \u0161e\u0107er, rum, ulje, \u017eumanjke, te dodajte i mlijeko u koje ste prethodno dodali kvasac. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umijesite tijesto tako da se odvaja od ruke i posude.&nbsp;Tijesto se mo\u017ee mijesiti \u017elicom, rukom ili mikserom s nastavcima za tijesto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokriti tijesto i ostaviti da se digne. Trebat \u0107e oko sat do sat i pol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Razvaljajte na prst debljine. Ne\u010dim okruglim, kalupom ili npr. \u010da\u0161om izre\u017eite krugove za krafne i ponovo ih pustite da se malo uzdignu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lagano pr\u017eite u dubokom vrelom ulju. Prvo jednu stranu, zatim okrenite. Sa svake strane pr\u017eiti tri do \u010detiri minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Priprema kreme<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Puding, bra\u0161no i \u0161e\u0107er pomije\u0161ati, dodati malo mlijeka, oko 50 ml, te sve izmije\u0161ati da nema grudica. Ostatak mlijeka staviti da zakuha, pa dodati umu\u0107eni puding. Mije\u0161ati na \u0161tednjaku 3-4 minute, da puding postane gust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skinuti sa \u0161tednjaka, dobro ohladiti. Umutiti dobro margarin, dodati skuhani ohla\u0111eni puding i sve skupa ujedna\u010diti mikserom u kremu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Punjenje krafni kremom od vanilije<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Krafne se mogu puniti kremom od vanilije na dva na\u010dina. Rezanjem po vrhu krafne, a potom punjenjem ureza kremom od vanilije ili u\u0161trcamo kremu od vanilije u sredinu pe\u010dene krafne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim toga mo\u017eete ih razrezati po pola i u sredinu staviti kremu od vanilije (sli\u010dno kao princes krafne).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Krema od vanilije za punjenje krafni<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Krafne s kremom od vanilije odnosno punjene kremom od vanilije mogu se puniti kremom od pudinga s vanilijom i margarinom, ali i drugim kremama od vanilije. Ispod je nekoliko razli\u010ditih opcija:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&#8211; \u0160lag krema od vanilije<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160lag krema ili \u0161lag pjena s okusom vanilije je najjednostavnija varijanta kreme od vanilije za punjenje krafni. Brzo je gotova, a ukusna. Ostatak mlijeka staviti da zavrije, skinuti sa \u0161tednjaka, dodati razmu\u0107eni puding, mije\u0161ati \u017elicom ili pjenja\u010dom tri minute dok se puding skuha. Skinuti sa \u0161tednjaka i ohladiti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Napraviti \u0161lag od 200 ml slatkog vrhnja, pred kraj mu\u0107enja dodati \u017elicu po \u017elicu pudinga. Kada je smjesa ujedna\u010dena, krema je gotova. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pr\u017eenje krafni<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Krafne se pr\u017ee u vru\u0107em ulju. One lagano poprimaju boju i nakon 3-4 minute treba ih okrenuti. Ako krafna previ\u0161e brzo prima boju i postaje sme\u0111a, ulje je previ\u0161e vru\u0107e, te ga treba kratko skinuti sa \u0161tednjaka da se malo ohladi. Ne treba biti hladno, nego samo malo manje vrelo, a i dalje se u njemu mogu pr\u017eiti krafne.
