Pustite da se uzdigne, odnosno da se razvije kvasac. Za to je potrebno 10 do 15 minuta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U ostalo bra\u0161no dodajte naribanu koricu limuna, malo soli, \u0161e\u0107er, rum, ulje, \u017eumanjke i mlijeko u koje ste prethodno dodali kvasac. Umijesite tijesto tako da se odvaja od ruke i posude.&nbsp; Ostavite da se uzdigne. Da bi se tijesto dobro diglo treba oko sat do sat i pol (ovisno o sobnoj temperaturi). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Razvaljajte tijesto, okvirno 1,5 cm odnosno prst debljine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne\u010dim okruglim, npr. \u010da\u0161om izre\u017eite krafne i ponovo ih pustite da se malo uzdignu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lagano pr\u017eite u dubokom vrelom ulju. Prvo jednu stranu, zatim okrenite. Okvirno vrijeme je 3-5 minuta sa svake strane, krafne trebaju poprimiti lijepu zlatnu boju. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se ohlade punite ih \u010dokoladom odnosno \u010dokoladnom kremom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krafne se mogu puniti \u010dokoladom na dva na\u010dina. Rezanjem po vrhu krafne, a potom punjenjem ureza \u010dokoladnom kremom ili u\u0161trcamo \u010dokoladu u sredinu pe\u010dene krafne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krafne mo\u017eete puniti razli\u010ditim \u010dokoladnim kremama, \u0161lag kremom od \u010dokolade ili \u010dokoladnim moussom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010cokoladna krema za punjenje krafni<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cokoladna krema mo\u017ee biti bilo koja \u010dokoladna krema, pa \u010dak i \u0161lag umu\u0107en s dodanim \u010dokoladnim namazom (Nutellom ili Linoladom). Ispod su dva recepta \u010dokoladnu kremu koja mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti kao punjenje za krafne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1 &#8211; <strong>\u010cokoladna krema za punjenje krafni od \u0161laga od \u010dokolade<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Najjednostavnija je varijanta napraviti \u0161lag od \u010dokolade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160lag kremu od \u010dokolade pripremiti prema uputama. 125 ml hladnog mlijeka i vre\u0107icu praha za \u0161lag dodati u zdjelu i dobro umutiti mikserom. Oko 3 minute mutiti i krema je spremna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2 &#8211; <strong>\u010cokoladna krema za punjenje krafni od \u0161laga od \u010dokolade i krem sira<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cokoladna krema od \u0161lag kreme i sira je druga opcija, koja je specifi\u010dna, ali odli\u010dan izbor za one koji vole kombinaciju \u010dokolade i sira ili \u010dokoladni cheesecake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U \u0161lag kremu kada se umuti dodati 300 grama krem sira i mutiti jo\u0161 malo, do 1 minute, da se sve ujedna\u010di.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 &#8211; <strong>\u010cokoladna krema za punjenje krafni od pudinga od \u010dokolade i \u0161laga<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Skuhati dva pudinga od \u010dokolade u pola litra mlijeka. Pustiti da se puding ohladi. Kada se puding dobro ohladi umutiti 200 ml slatkog vrhnja, te prije kraja dodavati \u017elicu po \u017elicu ohla\u0111enog pudinga, nastaviti mije\u0161ati mikserom dok se ne ujedna\u010di.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako bi okus \u010dokolade bio ja\u010di u puding se mo\u017ee dodati tamna \u010dokolada, odnosno \u010dokolada za kuhanje ili kakao. \u010cokoladu za kuhanje nalomiti na kockice i dodati kada je puding gotov, umije\u0161ati u vru\u0107 puding i mije\u0161ati \u017elicom ili pjenja\u010dom da se \u010dokolada otopi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako se dodaje kakao njega dodati u zdjelu u koju istresemo pra\u0161ak za puding i \u0161e\u0107er, te pomije\u0161ati i kakao s tim, dodati hladno mlijeko. Kada se smjesa ujedna\u010di dodati u vru\u0107e mlijeko i kuhati puding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4 &#8211; <strong>\u010cokoladna krema od tamne \u010dokolade i \u0161laga<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vrhnje za \u0161lag istresti u lonac, usitniti tamnu \u010dokoladu ili \u010dokoladu za kuhanje (va\u017eno je da je \u010dokolada se ve\u0107im udjelom kakaa) i dodati usitnjenu \u010dokoladu u hladno slatko vrhnje. Staviti lonac na \u0161tednjak i lagano zagrijavati uz kontinuirano mije\u0161anje. \u010cokolada se treba skroz otopiti i pomalo da se vidi kao da \u0107e smjesa proklju\u010dati, ali ne treba klju\u010dati. Skinuti sa \u0161tednjaka i pustiti da se smjesa slatkog vrhnja i \u010dokolade ohladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se malo ohladi kremu mutiti mikserom na ni\u017eoj temperaturi da se dobije pjenasta smjesa (oko 1-2 minute). Kremu ostaviti da se dobro ohladi u hladnjaku, najbolje preko no\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako puniti krafne \u010dokoladnom kremom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1 &#8211; Krafne se mogu razrezati po vrhu, rez ide preko cijele krafne, dubine je bar do pola krafne. Malo ra\u0161irite krafnu da se u tu sredinu mo\u017ee staviti \u010dokoladna krema.
