U ovom receptu krafne nisu punjene \u010dokoladom nego prelivene \u010dokoladnom glazurom. Pustite da se kvasac razvije. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U ostalo bra\u0161no dodajte naribanu koricu limuna, malo soli, \u0161e\u0107er, rum, ulje, \u017eumanjke, te mlijeko u koje je prethodno dodan kvasac. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umijesite tijesto tako da postane ujedna\u010deno te da se odvaja od ruke i posude. Tijesto pokriti kuhinjskom krpom i pustiti da se di\u017ee, ovisno o sobnoj temperaturi, oko sat do sat i pol. Promije\u0161ajte tijesto, i izvadite na pobra\u0161njen stol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijesto razvaljati na  debljinu oko 1,5 cm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne\u010dim okruglim, kalupom okruglim, \u0161alicom ili \u010da\u0161om izre\u017eite krafne i ponovo ih pustite da se malo dignu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lagano pr\u017eite u dubokom vrelom ulju. Prvo jednu stranu, zatim okrenite. Pr\u017eite 3-4 minute sa svake strane. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u010dene krafne stavljajte na papirnate ubruse da upiju masno\u0107u i ohla\u0111ene uma\u010dite u \u010dokoladu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Priprema \u010dokoladne glazure<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rastopiti \u010dokoladu za kuhanje ili tamnu \u010dokoladu sa 2 \u017elice vode i 1 \u017elicom \u0161e\u0107era (\u0161e\u0107er se mo\u017ee i izostaviti), dodati margarin, mije\u0161ati pri zagrijavanju dok se sve ne otopi i ujedna\u010di.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako se \u010dokolada zgusne prije nego \u0161to zavr\u0161ite sve krafne, ponovno zagrijati da se otopi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krafne se mogu umo\u010diti u \u010dokoladu, a mo\u017ee se preliti gornji dio, ravnomjerno ili trakasto odnosno cik cak kako bi krafne bile prelivene \u010dokoladom, dekorirane, a ne bi bilo previ\u0161e \u010dokolade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Krafne s \u010dokoladom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Krafne s \u010dokoladnom glazurom se mogu napraviti po receptu po kojem se uobi\u010dajeno prave krafne, samo ih dodatno preliti \u010dokoladnom glazurom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iznad je recept za jednu varijantu \u010dokoladne glazure, no, svi koji \u010de\u0161e prave kola\u010de znaju da se \u010dokoladna glazura mo\u017ee napraviti na brojne na\u010dine. Ako preferirate neku drugu, mo\u017eete je iskoristiti i za krafne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cokoladna glazura s \u010dokoladom i margarinom se lijepo stvrdne, bude hrskava kada se ohladi. Ako se doda ulje umjesto margarina, taj \u0107e efekt biti malo manji, ali od ulja glazura bude malo sjajnija. Opcija mo\u017ee biti i \u010dokoladna glazura od \u010dokolade i malo slatkog vrhnja, ona \u0107e biti mek\u0161a, ali odli\u010dnog okusa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Debljina tijesta za krafne<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se tijesto razvalja ono treba biti oko 1,5 cm debljine. Okvirno je debljina tijesta kao prst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon toga tijesto treba ostaviti da se di\u017ee, stoga ne treba misliti da su 1,5 cm krafne previ\u0161e tanke, tijesto se pove\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako mijesiti tijesto za krafne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijesto za krafne se mo\u017ee mijesiti rukom, \u017elicom ili mikserom s nastavcima za tijesto. Na\u010dini se mogu i kombinirati tako da se prvo krene jednim na\u010dinom, a kada se tijesto ujedna\u010di, zavr\u0161i rukom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko vremena se di\u017ee tijesto za krafne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvo se ostavi kvasac sa mlijekom, bra\u0161nom i \u0161e\u0107erom deset do petnaest minuta. Gotovo tijesto se potom di\u017ee sat do sat i pol. Kada su krafne gotovo ostaviti petnaesteak minuta da se di\u017eu pokrivene krpom, prije pe\u010denja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko dugo pr\u017eiti krafne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Krafne se pr\u017ee u vru\u0107em ulju oko 4 minuta s jedne strane i oko 4 minu te s druge strane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako krafne previ\u0161e brzo dobivaju boju, ne zna\u010di da se br\u017ee peku, jer treba vremena da se unutra ispeku, nego zna\u010di da je ulje previ\u0161e vru\u0107e.
