Pustite da se uzdigne. U ostalo bra\u0161no dodajte naribanu koricu limuna, malo soli, \u0161e\u0107er, rum, ulje, \u017eumanjke i mlijeko u koje ste prethodno dodali kvasac. Umijesite tijesto tako da se odvaja od ruke i posude.&nbsp; Ostavite da se uzdigne. Razvaljajte na prst debljine. Ne\u010dim okruglim, npr. \u010da\u0161om izre\u017eite krafne i ponovo ih pustite da se malo uzdignu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostatak tijesta spojite i ponovno razvaljajte, kako bi se sve iskoristilo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lagano pr\u017eite u dubokom vrelom ulju. Prvo jednu stranu, zatim okrenite.<br>Izvadite i vru\u0107e krafne pospite \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od ove koli\u010dine tijesta bit \u0107e oko 25 krafni, ovisno o veli\u010dini kalupa (\u010da\u0161e) kojim re\u017eete krafne, ali i o debljini tijesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Krafne &#8211; detaljan recept<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprema krafni zahtjeva odre\u0111eno vrijeme, te iako se njima ne bavite cijelo vrijeme, ipak na to treba ra\u010dunati. Glavni dio posla je razvaljati tijesto i okruglim kalupom izrezati krafne. Te nakon \u0161to se one dignu potrebno je odvojiti vrijeme za njihovo pr\u017eenje. U me\u0111uvremenu se mo\u017ee raditi ne\u0161to drugo, odnosno iako treba oko sat do dva da se krafne di\u017eu, one u tom periodu ne zahtijevaju neki anga\u017eman. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kvasac pomije\u0161an sa \u0161e\u0107erom i mlijekom treba oko 10 do 15 minuta da se razvije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potom se dodaju ostali sastojci, te treba napraviti tijesto koje se odvaja od zdjele ili ne lijepi za ruke. Ukoliko je potrebno dodajte jo\u0161 bra\u0161na. Pokrijte krpom i ostavite da se tijesto di\u017ee. Ovisno o temperaturi, ali kvascu i drugim uvjetima mo\u017ee trebati oko sat, ali i do dva sata. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon toga premijesiti tijesto i napravit kuglu. Tijesto se mo\u017ee podijeliti u dvije kugle, te odvojeno valjati, ako je manji prostor za razvijanje tijesta, to mo\u017ee biti jednostavnije. Tijesto se mo\u017ee staviti izme\u0111u dva pek papira i preko njega i\u0107i valjkom kako se ne bi lijepilo za valjak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijesto bi trebalo biti oko prst debljine. Potom \u010da\u0161om ili ne\u010dim okruglim raditi krafne, tj. krugove u tijestu. Te krugove izdvojiti na ravnu povr\u0161inu, pleh, a bit \u0107e jednostavnije ako se sla\u017ee na pek papir kako bi se tijesto manje lijepilo za podlogu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostatke tijesta koji se pojave nakon \u0161to se naprave krugovi ponovno pomije\u0161ati, odnosno iskoristiti, napraviti novu kuglicu i razvaljati tijesto i napraviti nove krugove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se iskoristi svo tijesto, pokriti napravljene krugove i ostaviti da se tijesto digne, oko 15 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko dugo pr\u017eiti krafne pokladnice u ulju<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zagrijati ulje i potom pr\u017eiti krafne.  Kada se jedne strane dobiju zlatnu boju, okrenuti ih i pr\u017eiti s druge strane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Okvirno se pr\u017ee oko 4 minute s jedne i 4 minute se druge strane. No, to \u0107e ovisiti o temperaturi ulja, kao i debljini krafni. Potom vaditi krafne i staviti novu turu za pe\u010denje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukoliko krafne previ\u0161e brzo dobiju boju, odnosno brzo postanu skoro sme\u0111e, znak je da je ulje previ\u0161e vru\u0107e, te ga treba malo ohladiti. Tada \u0107e krafne lagano dobivati boju. Bitno je da je ulje vrelo, ali ne smije biti ni previ\u0161e jer \u0107e u tom slu\u010daju krafne previ\u0161e brzo dobiti boju i postati tamne izvana, dok se unutra tijesto ne\u0107e dobro ispe\u0107i. Ako vam se to  de\u0161ava s jednom turom, ostavite ulje da se ohladi malo (nekoliko minuta) prije stavljanja nove ture krafni u ulje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gotove krafne dok su jo\u0161 tople posipati
