Dodajte naribano zelje pa i njega prepr\u017eite. Posolite i popaprite. Posebno skuhajte ri\u017eu u slanoj vodi i kad bude mekana, stavite je u cjediljku, prelijte mlazom hladne vode te je ocijedite. Sada je dodajte pr\u017eenom luku i zelju pa sve zajedno promije\u0161ajte. Uzmite kore pa u podmazanu tepsiju stavljajte jednu po jednu prskaju\u0107i ih ulje. Kad potro\u0161ite polovinu kora, stavite nadjev od zelja i ri\u017ee, lijepo ga rasporedite po cijeloj povr\u0161ini, a zatim dalje redajte kore.
