Kad je ri\u017ea skuhana, prelijte je mlazom hladne vode i operite. Ocijedite i stavite u posudu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Razbijte jaja i pa\u017eljivo odvojite \u017eumanjke od bjelanjaka. \u017dumanjke pomije\u0161ajte s ribanim sirom i vrhnjem, malo posolite, a od bjelanjaka napravite \u010dvrsti snijeg pa i njega dodajte ovoj masi. (Ako mutite cijela jaja, prvo njih ujedna\u010dite, potom dodajte vrhnje i sir.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sada sve promije\u0161ajte s ri\u017eom, promije\u0161ajte i presipajte u vatrostalnu posudu. Prelijte rastopljenim maslacem i pecite u zagrijanoj pe\u0107nici. Dovoljno je da pe\u010dete 15 minuta, jer je ri\u017ea ve\u0107 skuhana. Ri\u017eu pripremljenu na ovaj na\u010din mo\u017eete poslu\u017eiti za doru\u010dak, ali i kao dodatak mnogim jelima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ri\u017ea s vrhnjem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ri\u017ea s vrhnjem je zanimljivo jelo, a posebno \u0107e odgovarati onima koji vole ri\u017eu na mlijeku kao slatko jelo odnosno desert, jer ova zape\u010dena ri\u017ea donekle sli\u010di na taj recept, prvenstveno zbog kombinacije s mlijekom odnosno s vrhnjem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U nekim krajevima se ri\u017ea s vrhnjem poslu\u017euje kao doru\u010dak, a to je prakti\u010dno ako se ve\u0107 ima skuhana ri\u017ea. S druge strane kada se ri\u017ea mora kuhati, ovo mo\u017ee biti me\u0111uobrok ili prilog.
