Osim recepta za lazanje za cijelo dru\u0161tvo ili obitelj ispod \u0107ete prona\u0107i i manji recept za <strong>4-5 osoba<\/strong> ili za <strong>1-2 osobe<\/strong>. Kada ka\u017eete samo lazanje vjerojatno se podrazumijeva da se odnosi na ovakve lazanje, pripremljene prema bolognese (bolonjez) receptu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema lazanja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nasjeckajte mrkvu, luk, celer i slaninu te popr\u017eite u tavi na maslacu. Dodajte obje vrste mljevenog mesa, sol, papar, klin\u010di\u0107e i lovor te kuhajte, \u010desto mije\u0161aju\u0107i, dok meso ne porumeni i postane blago hrskavo. Zalijte vinom, ostavite da ispari i nastavite kuhati jo\u0161 10 minuta.<br>Koncentrat raj\u010dice rastopite u vru\u0107oj juhi i dodajte u meso s umakom od raj\u010dica. Nastavite kuhati na najslabijoj vatri sat i pol do dva. Na kraju dodajte sol i papar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijesto skuhajte al dente i posla\u017eite na \u010distu krpu da se osu\u0161i. Kupovne lazanje uglavnom nije potrebno prethodno kuhati, ali provjerite na pakiranju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pravokutnu vatrostalnu posudu prema\u017eite maslacem i na dno stavite jedan sloj lazanja tako da se malo (oko 1-2 mm) preklapaju. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema\u017eite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=3513\">be\u0161amelom<\/a> pripremljenim prema uputi i zalijte varja\u010dom umaka, pospite parmezanom i pokrijte drugim slojem lazanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nastavite slagati slojeve dok ne utro\u0161ite sve sastojke, a zavr\u0161ite debljim slojem be\u0161amela. Obilno pospite parmezanom i maslacem narezanim na tanke listi\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lazanje pecite 30 minuta u pe\u0107nici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva, zatim zapecite da se na povr\u0161ini napravi korica.
