Druga opcija lazanja sa \u0161pinatom je da se nadjev odnosno smjesa koja se stavlja izme\u0111u tijesta za lazanje priprema sa \u0161pinatom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za \u0161to manje slane vode i zatim dobro ocijedite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mije\u0161aju\u0107i, kuhajte mlijeko sa \u0161krobnim bra\u0161nom da se zgusne. Me\u0111utim, lazanje sa \u0161pinatom su ipak jednostavnije i br\u017ee jelo od standardnih lazanja. \u0160pinat se brzo skuha, dovoljno je par minuta, a nema ni sjeckanja ostalo povr\u0107a kao za standardne lazanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lazanje sa \u0161pinatom se rade da se tijesto za lazanje prelije umakom od sira i doda \u0161pinat, te dodaju kockice parmezana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bijeli umak sa sirom se dobro sla\u017ee sa \u0161pinatom, ali odli\u010dan izbor je i klasi\u010dni be\u0161amel umak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Koji sir koristiti umjesto gorgonzole za lazanje sa \u0161pinatom?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gorgonzola se mo\u017ee ve\u0107 umije\u0161ati u umak da se rastopi, ali je nepotreban korak budu\u0107i da se svakako rastopi prilikom pe\u010denja. Uz gorgonzolu je bolje staviti na \u0161pinat jer se na taj na\u010din \u0161pinat nalazi izme\u0111u bijelog umaka i gorgonzole, a tijesto se fino spoji s gorgonzolom. Gorgonzola se rastopi i daje efekt razvla\u010denja sira, jedan od onih stavki koje su kod lazanja pa tako i lazanja sa \u0161pinatom neizostavne. Gorgonzola ima specifi\u010dan okus i miris, te daje posebnost u ovom jelu. Gorgonzola okusom dominira skoro kao i \u0161pinat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Ako vam se ne svi\u0111a okus ili miris gorgonzole, umjesto gorgonzole se mo\u017ee koristiti i neki drugi masni sir, poput mozzarelle, ona \u0107e dati sli\u010dan efekt, ali je puno bla\u017eeg okusa. Mo\u017ee se koristiti i druge opcije. Mozzarella je neutralna, a isto odli\u010dan izbor, stoga, ako niste sigurni da \u0107e se svima svidjeti okus gorgonzole, mo\u017eda bolje i\u0107i na sigurno s mozzarellom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Druga opcija je ricotta sir. Ricotta se dobro sla\u017ee sa \u0161pinatom, te se u mnogim receptima kombiniraju ricotta i \u0161pinat. No, u tom slu\u010daju ne\u0107ete imati efekt razvla\u010denja sira kada se jedu lazanje.
