usitnite mrkvu, luk, \u010de\u0161njak i celer&#8230; Pirjajte meso na ulju 5 minuta. Zatim dodajte mje\u0161avinu povr\u0107a\/\u0161unke i usitnjenu pancetu, dobro promije\u0161ajte, za\u010dinite i pirjajte 5 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zatim ulijte crno vino, 1 \u010da\u0161u juhe i kuhajte jo\u0161 10 minuta.<br>Ogulite raj\u010dicu, grubo je nare\u017eite i dodajte zajedno s koncentratom, per\u0161inom i timijanom. Pirjajte 1 sat, dodaju\u0107i povremeno malo juhe. Ulijte vrhnje i kuhajte dok se umak ne zgusne. Dr\u017eite na toplom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pripremite be\u0161amel umak tako \u0161to \u0107ete rastopiti maslac i dodati bra\u0161no, malo popr\u017eiti,\u00a0 a zatim vru\u0107e mlijeko. Mije\u0161ajte pjenja\u010dom, posolite, te kuhajte da se zgusne (ako se bojite da se ne\u0107e dovoljno zgusnuti dodajte \u017eli\u010dicu gustina razrije\u0111enog u 1 dl mlijeka. Detaljan recept prona\u0111ite ovdje: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=3513\">Be\u0161amel umak<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stavite sloj tjestenine u maslacem namazanu zdjelu (po \u017eelji mo\u017eete prvi sloj navla\u017eiti razrije\u0111enim koncentratom od raj\u010dice) zatim sloj umaka s mesom, na njega bijeli be\u0161amel umak i naribani parmezan. Ponovite dok ne potro\u0161ite sve sastojke. Lazanje s mljevenim mesom su dobar izbor za ru\u010dak kada imam vremena, budu\u0107i da ipak priprema lazanja je ne\u0161to dulja i zahtjeva vi\u0161e koraka nego mnoga druga jela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lazanje se pripremaju u nekoliko faza, potrebno je dinstati meso, napraviti be\u0161amel umak, napraviti (ili kupiti kore, tjesteninu), a tek onda kre\u0107e priprema samih lazanja i potom i pe\u010denje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O popularnosti lazanja govori mnogo toga, od brojnih recepata sa razli\u010ditim sastojcima, pri tome se ne misli samo na male varijante u sastojcima, popularne su od lazanja s povr\u0107em, do lazanja s gljivama, te lazanja s ribom i plodovima mora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lazanje s mljevenim mesom i bolonjez lazanje su meni naj\u010de\u0161\u0107a varijanta koju pravim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za lazanje je bitno dovoljno povr\u0107a i dobar umak s mljevenim mesom, ragu od mljevenog mesa, koji se polako dinsta a potom i kuha. Iako mesu ne treba sat vremena da se skuha budu\u0107i da se radi o mljevenom mesu kako bi se svi sastojci ujedna\u010dili kuha se oko sat vremena. Iako sam od nekih Talijana \u010dula da bi se meso s umakom trebalo kuhati i du\u017ee, polako i dugo, bi bio njihov savjet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim dobro pripremljenog mesa, bitno je napraviti dobar be\u0161amel, te dovoljno be\u0161amela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijesto za lazanje je tako\u0111er jako bitno, te da bi lazanje s mljevenim mesom bile dobre i tijesto mora biti dobro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lazanje nisu jednostavno jelo, no, one jesu jelo koje opravdava trud i koje kad god napravim svi hvale i pitaju kad \u0107u praviti opet. Da nisu toliko dobre, vjerojatno bi lazanje i rje\u0111e pravila, ali s obzirom na rezultat odvojim vrijeme. Ali ako nemate vremena, nemojte planirati raditi lazanje. S njima nije kao s nekim jelima da odradite pripremu i stavite u pe\u0107nicu.
