Naribajte mrkvu,&nbsp; mahune o\u010distite i nare\u017eite. Posolite i poparite. Zatim maknite poklopac da vi\u0161ak vode ispari. Uz njih se mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti bilo koje meso ili riba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lazanje s povr\u0107em je najbolje prilagoditi sebi i onima za koga se lazanje pripremaju. S obzirom da nije bitno dr\u017eati se recepta, najbolji na\u010din kako bi lazanje bile dobre je da se bira povr\u0107e koje se voli ili ono \u0161to \u017eelite dodati u prehranu, a ina\u010de nemate puno recepata za to povr\u0107e. Recept je uvijek isti samo se razlikuje miks povr\u0107a koji se koristi, a o tome mo\u017ee eventualno ovisiti i vrijeme dinstanja povr\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druga je opcija da se koristi sezonsko povr\u0107e, odnosno koje je povr\u0107e u tom trenutku dostupnije i kojeg imate vi\u0161e. Recept za lazanje s povr\u0107em se mo\u017ee prilago\u0111avati svaki put kada se prave lazanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zadnji sloj se pospe naribanim parmezanom, no, mo\u017ee se koristiti i neki drugi naribani sir, a opcija mogu biti i sirevi koji nisu tvrdi ali koji se lijepo tope, tako da povr\u0161ina bude od rastopljenog i malo zape\u010denog sira. Mozzarella je tako\u0111er zanimljiva opcija, a ona se mo\u017ee dodati i kod pripreme lazanja u slojeve lazanja uz povr\u0107e, kako bi na kraju pe\u010dene i poslu\u017eene lazanje imale za mnoge neodoljiv efekt topljenog sira koji se razvla\u010di. To mo\u017ee biti dodatno zanimljivo za one koji \u017eele praviti lazanje s povr\u0107em kako bi dodale vi\u0161e povr\u0107a u prehranu, ali da njihovi uku\u0107ani, a \u010desto posebno djeca, nisu tim odu\u0161evljeni. Tada mo\u017eda kombinacija sira unutar lazanja koji se rastopi nadja\u010da povr\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za dodatni efekt kod poslu\u017eivanja lazanje s povr\u0107em se mogu posuti per\u0161inom ili ribanim sirom. Ovisno koju boju i efekt \u017eelite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lazanje s povr\u0107em se mogu napraviti i unaprijed, te spremiti u hladnjak i tako \u010duvati dva tri dana. To je slu\u010daj ako se lazanje rade sa svje\u017eim povr\u0107em.
