mljevenim mesom je \u0161to mljeveno meso mo\u017ee biti prili\u010dno brzo gotovo, ukoliko koristite samo luk tada je i priprema povr\u0107a brzo gotova, te ukupno za njegovu vremenu treba malo okus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Priprema<\/strong> tjestenine s mljevenim mesom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tjesteninu skuhati u slanoj vodi i mekanu ocijediti i isprati mlakom vodom. Suhu slaninu narezati na sitne kocke, popr\u017eiti je, dodati sitno nasjeckani luk (mrkvu i papriku) i pirjati ga, a zatim dodati mljeveno meso, doliti malo vode i poklopljeno pirjati dok ne omek\u0161a. Omek\u0161alo meso pomije\u0161ati s tjesteninom i sve zajedno jo\u0161 kratko pirjati. Prije serviranja tijesto posipati naribanim parmezanom. Servirati sa zelenom salatom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tjestenina s mljevenim mesom &#8211; detaljnije o pripremi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tjestenina s mljevenim mesom je jelo koje se mo\u017ee relativno brzo pripremiti, a ja ga \u010desto pripremam u varijantama sa sastojcima koje u tom trenutku imam u fri\u017eideru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tjestenina i mljeveno meso su osnova, i oni su potrebni za ovaj recept. Slanina \u0107e dati svoj okus, ali nije nu\u017ena. Ostalo povr\u0107e mo\u017eete dodavati prema svome ukusu, odnosno ono \u0161to u tom trenutku imate. Okus \u0107e biti jednako dobar i ako vam neko povr\u0107e nedostaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bitno je da prvo stavite ulje ili masno\u0107u u lonac, zatim dodajete nasjeckano povr\u0107e, luk, mrkva, paprika, za\u010dine i sve to skupa lagano pirjate da povr\u0107e omek\u0161a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potom se dodaje mljeveno meso i dalje pirja dok meso ne bude gotovo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U me\u0111uvremenu u slanu kipu\u0107u vodu dodati tjesteninu i kuhati prema uputama. Uglavnom \u0107e za kuhanje makarona trebati par minuta du\u017ee nego ostalim vrstama tjestenine, pa i na to ra\u010dunajte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skuhanu tjesteninu procijediti i dodati u meso te sve dobro promije\u0161ati. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017eete pri poslu\u017eivanju posuti parmezanom, okus bude bogatiji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovakva tjestenina s mljevenim mesom je brzo gotova, te relativno jednostavno jelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako ste tjesteninu skuhali prebrzo ili ranije izvadite je iz vru\u0107e vode, tj. ocijedite i stavite pod hladnu vodu. Na taj na\u010din \u0107ete zaustaviti njeno kuhanje, te tjestenina ne\u0107e biti previ\u0161e raskuhana, kakva bi mogla biti ako je ostavite nekoliko minuta dodatno u vreloj vodi. To posebno vrijedi ako ne volite raskuhanu tjesteninu. <br>Sli\u010dno mo\u017eete napraviti i ukoliko vidite da je tjestenina na rubu da bude prekuhana. Procijedite je i stavite pod hladnu teku\u0107u vodu dok se ne ohladi. Stavljanje tjestenine pod hladnu vodu je najbr\u017ei i najjednostavniji na\u010din da se zaustavi njeno daljnje kuhanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za tjesteninu s mljevenim mesom mo\u017eete izabrati razli\u010dite vrste tjestenine poput makarona, leptiri\u0107a, spirale, fusili&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tjestenina s mljevenim mesom i zapr\u0161kom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako \u017eelite vi\u0161e umaka ili da se sve skupa druga\u010dije pove\u017ee tada mo\u017eete napraviti zapr\u0161ku i dodati u umak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept se radi sve prema istom receptu  s tim da se dodaje zapr\u0161ka mesu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomije\u0161ati u \u0161alici hladne vode \u017eli\u010dicu o\u0161trog bra\u0161na ili gustina, pola \u017eli\u010dice crvene paprike, malo soli. Kad se to dobro ujedinilo dodati zapr\u0161ku na meso i mije\u0161ati dok se ne stvori konzistentan umak. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U meso s umakom, ako je gust, se mo\u017ee dodati jo\u0161 malo vode (najbolje one u kojoj se kuhala tjestenina jer i u njoj ima ve\u0107 \u0161kroba, te sve skupa promije\u0161ati.
