Tvrdo kuhana jaja su bolji izbor kada se radi o dodavanju jaja u jela i salate budu\u0107i da mogu i malo du\u017ee trajati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tvrdo kuhano jaje &#8211; priprema<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Op\u0107enito za tvrdo kuhana jaja se preporu\u010da kuhanje od 10 do 12 minuta, dok se za meko kuhana jaja preporu\u010da 5 do 7 minuta kuhanja. Ukoliko se \u017eeli dobiti polutvrdo kuhano jaje tada je potrebno kuhati negdje izme\u0111u odnosno 7-8 minuta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stavite jaje u hladnu vodu, dodajte malo soli, te po\u010dnite kuhati. Neka voda bude preko jaja, odnosno neka je jaje cijelo u vodi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Pustite ih da se kuhaju 1 minutu. Vrijeme mjerite od trenutka kada voda proklju\u010da.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Maknite ih sa \u0161tednjaka i ostavite u vreloj vodi 5 min.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Mo\u017eete ih skuhati i tako da ih stavite u kipu\u0107u vodu i pustite da se kuhaju oko 6 min.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Kad su kuhana ohladite ih pod mlazom hladne vode da se lak\u0161e olju\u0161te.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i dodatak uz polutvrdo kuhano jaje je majoneza, a \u010desto i bijeli umak.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Polutvrdo kuhano jaje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Staviti jaja u lonac s hladnom malo posoljenom vodom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vode u loncu treba biti iznad jaja, dakle jaja trebaju biti potpuno prekrivena vodom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staviti lonac na \u0161tednjak.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nakon \u0161to voda proklju\u010da kuhati 5 do 7 minuta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skinuti sa \u0161tednjaka te izvaditi iz vrele vode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staviti pod hladnu vodu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaja je bitno nakon kuhanja izvaditi iz vrele vode, te potom staviti u hladnu vodu, kako ne bi do\u0161lo do prekuhavanja. Ukoliko jaja ostavite u vreloj vodi jo\u0161 nekoliko minuta ona \u0107e se nastaviti kuhati te \u0107ete dobiti ipak ne\u0161to ja\u010de kuhana jaja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kuhano jaje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukoliko vam se de\u0161ava da jaja \u010de\u0161\u0107e pucaju prilikom kuhanja, mo\u017eete ih prije kuhanja izvaditi kako bi pred kuhanje bila sobne temperature. Sobna temperatura jaja prije kuhanja odnosno stavljanja u vodu \u0107e smanjiti temperaturnu razliku te \u0107e jaja manje pucati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Ili se mo\u017ee u vodu dodati par kapljica octa, ili \u017elicu octa ako se kuha ve\u0107a nekoliko jaja te ima vi\u0161e vode. Ocat ne\u0107e sprije\u010diti pucanje jaja nego \u0107e pomo\u0107i da bjelanjak koji po\u010dne izlaziti iz puknutih jaja br\u017ee koagulira, te tako zgusnut \u0107e sprije\u010diti daljnje curenje bjelanjka iz jaja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sol se u vodu u kojoj se kuhaju jaja dodaje kako bi ona ve\u0107 bila malo slana, te ih nije potrebno (uglavnom) naknadno soliti. Isto tako sol poma\u017ee u procesu kuhanja stoga ako ne izbjegavate kori\u0161tenje soli u prehrani dodajte u hladnu vodu malo soli, no ne treba pretjerivati. Dok se tvrd kuhana jaja mogu neko vrijeme \u010duvati u fri\u017eideru, meko kuhana jaja ja preferiram konzumirati odmah, te ih nemam naviku \u010duvati ili pripremati unaprijed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op\u0107enito kuhanje jaja mo\u017ee trajati 5-12 minuta, te \u0107ete ovisno dodatno o veli\u010dini jaja, ako ih kuhate neko srednje vrijeme dobiti srednje kuhana jaja. Ukoliko \u017eelite da je tvrdo\u0107a bli\u017ee tvrdo kuhanim jajima tada ih kuhajte minut du\u017ee ili ako \u017eelite da je struktura bli\u017ee meko kuhanim jajima, tada ih kuhajte minut kra\u0107e. S obzirom da je ponekad te\u0161ko pratiti u minut, nemojte se iznenaditi ukoliko vam ponekad jaje bude vi\u0161e a ponekad manje kuhano. To \u0107e ovisiti da li ste to\u010dno vidjeli kad je voda proklju\u010dala i po\u010deli mjeriti vrijeme o veli\u010dini jaja, postoje veli\u010dine S, M, L, XL (to su oznake na pakiranjima kod kupovnih jaja) te se ne\u0107e jednako dugo kuhati malo i veliko jaje.
