Ako niste sigurni da je krumpir gotov, izvadite jedan komad, prepolovite da vidite da li je krumpir unutra pe\u010den. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Omlet s pr\u017eenim krumpirom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Omlet s pr\u017eenim krumpirom se mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti samostalno, ali i uz neko meso ili kobasice. Naravno, da to ovisi i o dobu dana, koliko netko mo\u017ee pojesti, koje su mu nutritivne potrebe i sli\u010dno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omlet s pr\u017eenim krumpirima spada u brza jela, a ako \u017eelite kompletniji obrok, tada \u0107e kobasice uz ovo jelo biti dobar izbor jer su i kobasice brzo gotove, a dobro idu i uz jaja kao i uz krumpir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omlet s krumpirom se mo\u017ee raditi i s kuhanim krumpirom, ako ve\u0107 imate skuhani krumpir, npr. ako ste krumpir kuhali u juhi i sada tra\u017eite na\u010din kako iskoristiti taj krumpir. U tom slu\u010daju se kuhani narezani krumpir stavi na tavu, kratko zagrije dok se ne zarumeni i potom se dodaju jaja. Takva priprema \u0107e biti kra\u0107a, no, potrebno je ve\u0107 imati kuhani krumpir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preko omleta s pr\u017eenim krumpirima mo\u017ee se posuti naribani sir ili nasjeckani per\u0161in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omlet s pr\u017eenim krumpirom kao spoj jaja i krumpira je zasitno jelo, jelo koje kombinira ugljikohidrate i proteine, te mo\u017ee biti dobar izbor kada se tra\u017ei neka varijanta brzog a opet konkretnijeg obroka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za pripremu omleta s pr\u017eenim krumpirima izaberite tavu koja ima dno za koje se ne lijepi, kako bi cijeli proces pripreme omleta zna\u010dajno olak\u0161ali. I krumpir, a i jaja se lako zalijepe za dno te mo\u017ee biti te\u017ee napraviti omlet od pr\u017eenog krumpira u tavi koja nije adekvatna.
