Iako je to jedan tradicionalni na\u010din pripreme jaja, te ga mnog ve\u017eu uz <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=51957\">starinski doru\u010dak<\/a>, kajgana se i danas mo\u017ee na\u0107i u ponudi za doru\u010dak i hotela sa pet zvjezdica. Ako \u017eelite prvu verziju, da je kajgana u jednom komadu tada je ne treba mije\u0161ati nego pustiti da se s jedne strane zape\u010de, potom malo odignuti i provjeriti \u010dvrsto\u0107u, a onda okrenuti. Mo\u017ee se i samo preklopiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako se \u017eeli ka\u0161asti stil, tada se kajgana cijelo vrijeme mije\u0161a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kajgana se s vrhnjem mo\u017ee raditi i na na\u010din da se u zdjeli u umu\u0107ena jaja doda vrhnje, smjesa se dobro izmije\u0161a i ujedna\u010di, a potom izlije u tavu na zagrijano ulje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako bi kajgana bila dobra, bitno je imati odgovaraju\u0107e posu\u0111e, odnosno tavu. Tava s neprijanjaju\u0107im dnom je ono \u0161to mo\u017ee jako olak\u0161ati pripremanje kajgane. Ako je obi\u010dna tava, te\u0161ko je pripremiti kajganu da se dobar dio ne zalijepi za dno i da dio ostane u tavi. Stoga za pripremu kajgane, ako mo\u017eete, uvijek izaberite tavu s neprijanjaju\u0107im dnom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to dodati u kajganu s vrnhem?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kajgani se na kraju mo\u017ee kao dekoracija, ali i za dodatno oboga\u0107ivanje okusa dodati nasjeckani per\u0161in ili vlasac. U sastojke se osim soli mo\u017ee dodati i papar, ali i drugi za\u010dini poput kurkume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No, mo\u017ee se dodati i drugo povr\u0107e poput paprike, \u0161pinata, raj\u010dica, tikvice&#8230; Bitno je pirjati malo povr\u0107e, potom na pirjano povr\u0107e dodati jaja i proces isti kao da se radi klasi\u010dna kajgana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slanina, \u0161pek, \u0161unka&#8230; Samo su neke od ideja \u0161to dodati u kajganu s vrhnjem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako \u017eelite da kajgana bude mek\u0161a i pjenastija u jaja se mo\u017ee dodati prilikom mu\u0107enja dodati malo mineralne
