Dobro sve skupa izmijesiti \u017elicom, te nastaviti mijesiti rukom da se dobije kompaktna loptica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijesto podijelite u dvije loptice, premazati loptice tijesta sa svih strana uljem, pokrijte i ostaviti oko 15 minuta da odstoji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pripremiti krumpir, nasjeckati na sitne kockice, dodati papar, sol i malo ulja (oko jednu malu \u010dajnu \u017eli\u010dicu). Ako se dodaje luk, njega nasjeckati i dinstati da omek\u0161a, pa dodati u krumpir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Razvu\u0107i tijesto na tanko. Poprskati uljem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posuti nasjeckanim krumpirom, rolati tijesto. Slo\u017eiti u pleh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zagrijati pe\u0107nicu na 250 stupnjeva. Staviti pitu u pe\u0107nicu i pe\u0107i 5 minuta. Potom smanjiti na 200 i pe\u0107i oko pola sata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prokuhati oko 200 ml vode s \u017elicom masno\u0107e (ulja ili masla), prstohvat soli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u010denu pitu preliti sa svih strana.<br>Vratiti u pe\u0107nicu jo\u0161 5 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvaditi, pokriti i pustiti da se malo ohladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako slo\u017eiti pitu krumpiru\u0161u u pleh<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pita krumiru\u0161a se mo\u017ee staviti u okrugli pleh, krene se od sredini i rola prema rubu dok se ne potro\u0161i tijesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U kvadratni pleh se mo\u017ee slo\u017eiti u malim krugovima ili ovalima, kako bi dobili vi\u0161e malih pita od krumpira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A u kvadratnom plehu se mo\u017ee slagati i ravno u prugama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Na koliko stupnjeva pe\u0107i pitu krumpiru\u0161u<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pita krumpiru\u0161a odnosno doma\u0107a pita od krumpira se stavi u pe\u0107nicu zagrijanu na 250
