Kada \u017eelim ne\u0161to posebno, da su pala\u010dinke, ali ipak i ne\u0161to vi\u0161e od toga radim punjene pala\u010dinke ili pohane pala\u010dinke sa sirom. Pohane pala\u010dinke sa sirom zahtijevaju vi\u0161e vremena za pripremu, vi\u0161e sastojaka, ali su i kod poslu\u017eivanja kompleksnije jelo odli\u010dnog okusa. Prvo treba napraviti pala\u010dinke, to se mo\u017ee napraviti i ranije. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema pala\u010dinki<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Umutite jaja, dodajte mlijeko i sol, a zatim postupno i bra\u0161no.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Sve promije\u0161ajte mikserom ili kuha\u010dom dok ne dobijete \u017eitko tijesto bez grudica.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Sada u tavi zagrijte ulja pa ga zatim izlijte u manju vatrostalnu posudu koja \u0107e vam stalno biti pri ruci.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>U praznu tavu nauljenim dnom stavite (velikom \u017elicom za juhu) tijesto, razlijte ravnomjerno tijesto po tavi i pr\u017eite pala\u010dinku nekoliko trenutaka. Prevrnite je i ispr\u017eite i s druge strane.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Kad je gotova, stavite je na tanjur pa ponovite postupak s ostatkom tijesta.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Kad ste utro\u0161ili tijesto, ostavite pala\u010dinke da se ohlade.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema punjenja i pohanje pala\u010dinki<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Za to vrijeme izngnje\u010dite sir, dodajte \u017eumanjak pa izmije\u0161ajte. Ovim nadjevom premazujte pala\u010dike i zarolajte ih.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Svaku zarolanu pala\u010dinku prere\u017eite na tri dijela.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Posebno umutite 2 jaja za pohanje, malo ih posolite pa svaki narezani komad pala\u010dinke zamo\u010dite u njih pa pr\u017eite na zagrijanom ulju. Dodatno ih mo\u017eete umuljati u kru\u0161ne mrvici. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Pr\u017eite ih vrlo kratko (dok ne porumene), a zatim ih izvadite i stavite u plitku posudu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Poslu\u017eite ih tople za doru\u010dak, predjelo, zakusku ili laganu ve\u010deru.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pohane pala\u010dinke punjene sirom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pohane pala\u010dinke punjene sirom, kao \u0161to i naziv ka\u017ee, je posebno jelo, koje ima nekoliko faza. Prvo je priprema pala\u010dinki, potom njihovo punjenje, te na kraju pohanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj recept naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e koristim kada sam dan ranije radila pala\u010dinke i drugi dan \u017eelim iskoristiti pala\u010dinke koje su ostale, nekad ih namjerno napravim vi\u0161e kako bi ostale za sutradan. Ovako pripremljene pala\u010dinke se dosta razlikuju od osnovne verzije pala\u010dinki, koje moji uku\u0107ani uglavnom vole s \u010dokoladnim namazom ili s marmeladom, odnosno slatke pala\u010dinke, a ovo je slana verzija, te se osim u na\u010dinu pripreme razlikuju i po tome \u0161to su sada pala\u010dinke slano jelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010cim puniti pohane pala\u010dinke<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Osnovna verzija koju naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e radim su pohane pala\u010dinke punjene sirom, ali mo\u017ee se dodati i druge sastojke<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U punjenje se mo\u017ee dodati u sir i neke za\u010dine poput malo papra i crvene paprike ili \u010dili papri\u010dice. \u0160pinat je tako\u0111er zanimljiv izbor, on se odli\u010dno sla\u017ee i sa sirom i s jajima, a dat \u0107e unutra\u0161njosti pala\u010dinki zanimljivu boju, ali i obogatiti jelo. Takve pala\u010dinke poslu\u017eite sa raj\u010dicama kako bi na tanjuru imali vi\u0161e boja i ukupan dojam bio jo\u0161 efektniji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druga opcija koju tako\u0111er koristim je dodavanje u nadjev osim sira i \u0161unke ili nasjeckanog na sitno \u0161peka. I ova varijanta dodatno obogati okus, a i da \u0161areniji dojam, po\u0161to su i pala\u010dinke i smjesa za pohanje iste boje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za ove pala\u010dinke odli\u010dan je svje\u017ei sir ali mo\u017ee se koristiti i tvrdi sir koji \u0107e se lijepo rastopiti.
