Zatim krakove i slaninu pomije\u0161ajte s kruhom (bez kore) narezanim na kockice, sitno nasjeckanim \u010de\u0161njakom, per\u0161inom i jajetom. Posolite, popaprite i dobro izmije\u0161ajte. Nadjenite totane i zatvorite \u010da\u010dkalicama. U dubljoj tavi zagrijte maslinovo ulje i pecite totane povremeno ih okre\u0107u\u0107i.
