Op\u0107enito se i \u010de\u0161njak i per\u0161in dobro sla\u017eu s lignjama, kao i drugi za\u010dini mediteranske regije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lignje se mogu uvaljati samo u bra\u0161no, ali mo\u017ee se raditi i kompliciranije. Ako \u017eelimo hrskave lignje treba ih na kraju uvaljati u kru\u0161ne mrvice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kru\u0161ne mrvice pomije\u0161ane sa aromati\u010dnim biljem, za\u010dinima, daje poseban okus. Na ovaj na\u010din, kru\u0161nim mrvicama pomije\u0161anim sa za\u010dinskim biljem dobijemo ne\u0161to druga\u010dije lignje od standardnih pr\u017eenih gljiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko dugo se pr\u017ee lignje u dubokom ulju?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Koluti\u0107i liganja se pr\u017ee oko 3-4 minute u dubokom ulju, dok ne dobiju \u017eu\u0107kastu (ali svijetlu boju). To\u010dno vrijeme \u0107e ovisiti o temperaturi ulja, koli\u010dini stavljenih lignji, kao i veli\u010dini komada na koje je lignja narezana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lignje u dubokom ulju mogu po\u010deti pucat, to zna\u010di da su gotove i trebaju se vaditi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koristite ve\u0107u tavu za pr\u017eenje, u koju se naspe ulje. Ako imate termometar za hranu, mo\u017eete provjeriti temperaturu ulja, ona bi za pr\u017eenje lignji trebala biti oko 170 stupnjeva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pa\u017eljivo vaditi pr\u017eene lignje iz ulja, a najbolje ih je vaditi na neki ubrus papirnati kako bi papir upio vi\u0161ak ulja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S \u010dim servirati pr\u017eene lignje?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uobi\u010dajeno su pr\u017eene lignje poslu\u017euju s tartar umakom, te s krumpirima. Jedna je opcija pomfrit, a osim u ulju pomfrit se mo\u017ee pripremati i u pe\u0107nici, recept: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=26829\">POMFRIT iz pe\u0107nice, kako da pomfrit bude zdrav \u2013 Recepti<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druga krumpir na dalmatinski. No, s obzirom da se odli\u010dno sla\u017eu s krumpirima, to je neka uobi\u010dajeni prilog, a prili\u010dno jednostavan, tako da se kod mene one naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e poslu\u017euju upravo s krumpirom i blitvom na dalmatinski.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako se odli\u010dno sla\u017eu s krumpirima, pire krumpir i sli\u010dne verzije uz lignje ne odgovaraju, bolje su varijante krumpira s maslinovim uljem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mogu li se pr\u017eene lignje pripremiti u pe\u0107nici?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lignje pripremljene na ovaj na\u010din mogu se slo\u017eiti n papir za pe\u010denje, potom ih treba po\u0161pricati maslinovim uljem i pokriti drugim papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Staviti u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu na 180 stupnjeva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u0107i u pe\u0107nici oko 20 minuta. Potom pe\u0107nicu uklju\u010dite na program pe\u010denja s ventilatorom i ostavite pe\u0107i jo\u0161 5 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Provjerite da li imaju lijepu zlatnu boju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U bra\u0161no se mo\u017ee dodati per\u0161in, kru\u0161ne mrvice ili \u010dili paprika ako volite ljute okuse. Osim per\u0161ina mo\u017ee se dodati i sjeckani bosiljak ili maj\u010dina du\u0161ica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u017eene lignje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u017eene lignje su svestrano i popularno petkom, bilo za ljetni ru\u010dak ili ve\u010deru, kao i za posni ru\u010dak petkom. Iako se mnogi ne odlu\u010duju pripremiti sami lignje, to nije komplicirano, a ako se brinete oko \u010di\u0161\u0107enja mo\u017eete kupiti o\u010di\u0161\u0107ene pa \u010dak i ve\u0107 nasjeckane
