Dobro ih operite, odre\u017eite trbu\u0161nu peraju i prstima rastvorite ribu. Zatim izvucite kralje\u017enicu povla\u010de\u0107i je od glave prema repu i na repu je odlomite. Napravite smjesu za pohanje tako da razmutite sva jaja, dodate bra\u0161no, vodu i malo soli i papra. Tako pripremljenu smjesu pustite da odstoji pola sata. Zatim srdele uvaljajte u bra\u0161no pa uma\u010dite u smjesu za pohanje i pr\u017eite u vrelom ulju dok ne dobiju zlatno\u017eutu boju.
