Odvojeno se priprema kuhani krumpir koji je prilog palamidi. Na zagrijanom ulju popr\u017eite slaninu narezanu na kockice, dodajte krumpir, promije\u0161ajte i kratko popr\u017eite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Palamidu prelijte mje\u0161avinom maslinovog ulja, nasjeckanog \u010de\u0161njaka i per\u0161ina i poslu\u017eite s krumpirom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u017eeni odresci palamide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Palamidu izrezati na odreske, posoliti i popariti. Odreske pr\u017eiti sa svake strane 5 do 10 minuta, ovisno o debljini odrezaka. Ako vam se \u017euri tada je bolje praviti tanje odreske, koji \u0107e br\u017ee biti gotovi. Ali ako imate dovoljno vremena, odresci ne trebaju biti previ\u0161e tanki jer bi se mogli raspadati. Ako \u017eelite da riba ima bolji izgled i oblik nakon pr\u017eenja, tada je bolje birati i raditi malo deblje odreske.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Palamidu je uvijek bolje raditi na maslinovom nego na obi\u010dnom ulju, budu\u0107i da okusi odli\u010dno nadopunjuju<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprema palamide u tavi je jednostavna, a najkompliciraniji dio je \u010di\u0161\u0107enje ribe. Za one kojima je to prepreka, preporu\u010dljivo je da kupe o\u010di\u0161\u0107enu ili kod kupovine da pitaju mo\u017ee li im se o\u010distiti riba. Na taj na\u010din preska\u010du komplicirani korak u pripremi palamide i mogu u\u017eivati u odli\u010dnim okusima ove ribe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izbor tave tako\u0111er je bitan, najbolje je koristiti gril tavu ili tavu s neprijanjaju\u0107im dnom, budu\u0107i da takve tave olak\u0161avaju pr\u017eenje odrezaka palamide. Palamida je osjetljiva, lako se raspada, te tava zbog toga igra bitnu ulogu. Ako vam se palamida lijepi za dno i te\u0161ko ju je okrenuti, vjerojatno je tava neodgovaraju\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Palamida kada se pripremaju odresci u tavi je brzo gotova, te je dobar izbor i kada se nema puno vremena. Palamidu ne treba pr\u017eiti na najja\u010doj temperaturi, nego na srednje jakoj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako imate vremena, odreske palamide bi bilo dobro kako bi palamida bila ukusnija marinirati u maslinovom ulju, sa za\u010dinima, bar nekih 15 minuta. To nije neophodno, no, palamida bude so\u010dnije ako se prije toga bar kratko marinira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krumpir se odvojeno kuha. Skuhan i narezan krumpir se kratko prepr\u017ei na slanini. Umjesto ovakvog na\u010dina pripreme krumpira, posebno ako trebate ideju za posno jelo, mo\u017ee se pripremiti restani krumpir i poslu\u017eiti kao prilog uz palamidu. Recept za restani krumpir: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=6706\">Restani krumpir na starinski \u2013 Recepti<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim krumpira, palamida pripremljena na ovaj na\u010din se mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti i s drugim prilozima, dobar izbor su dinstano povr\u0107e, ali dovoljno mo\u017ee biti i samo salata uz odreske od palamide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Palamida je sama po sebi dobrog okusa te nema potrebe za puno za\u010dina, uz sol i papar mo\u017ee se dodati i \u010de\u0161njak, per\u0161in&#8230;. Per\u0161in se mo\u017ee dodati i na kraju kada se palamida poslu\u017euje kao dekor u tanjuru se pospe palamida. Po \u017eelji mo\u017ee se eksperimentirati i s malo \u010dili papri\u010dice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ono \u0161to je bitno za uspjeh jela je da je palamida kvalitetna. Tada \u0107e i cijelo jelo biti ukusnije i finije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprema palamide u tavi ra\u017ei vi\u0161e anga\u017emana nego <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=24692\">priprema cijele palamide u pe\u0107nici<\/a>, ali je br\u017ee gotova, a i palamida je ne\u0161to druga\u010dijeg okusa.
